I really liked my stay here. We were provided early check-in despite asking for it 15 minutes before arriving and the room was very clean. The location is really good as it's beside a lot of cool bars and restaurants and is pretty much central. The staff were all very accommodating and nice and they greet you everytime. There's free coffee in the morning and there's a cute little bar with a pool table as well for night caps. All in all, it was everything we needed for our trip and the price was just right.

This hotel is good value for San Francisco. The room is small, but who comes to SF to hang in a room. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and secure, and the hotel was central. Would gladly stay here next time I visit SF.
The size of the rooms didn't concern me, particularly as the location of the hotel was perfect for walking. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. An item from the prior guest was left in the bathroom, our bed was not turned down at night, and our towels were not replenished.
Stairs are really tough to bring luggage up and down. Front desk very slow. Super noisy because windows were super thin and old.
