The hotel was very clean, close to SFO, the staff were very helpful (let me ck in hrs before 3pm). All appliances were stocked and worked without error. Stark AP area was mitigated by staff telling me that restaurants & shops, etc., were just a block up Airport Blvd. In sum, great hotel managed by very nice people. I had to be next to SFO AP to pickup a friend every morining & this hotel worked out very well, basic no frills hotel at a very good price via Orbitz.
very likeable staff, well designed facility situated in a strategic location
Convenient location to and from SFO, but potentially be bothered by the noise from the highway 101.
The shuttle bus took 40 minutes to come. They need you to call them before it starts. There is no baggage storage room, so, we had to rent a car to store our things on the day of the checkout. Reception is often not present. Breakfast consists of croissants, danish, coffee, orange juice set up in a 2X3 foot area.
If you are going for the free continental breakfast-don't!
The stay was was alright. For the price could have been better but all the other places r even more expensive. Good for just a night or two
There were several bars around the hotel, but no restaurant. The hotel is standing just beside to the highway, so you might hear car noise all the night if your room is in the side of the highway. BUT, the price is cheap and the room is clean. I think these good points cover every negative points. One thing I want to request the hotel is about the breakfast.. If there were bagels, my stay would have been much better.
just a decent place to stay for air travels. our flight got delayed so they let us stay in the hotel past the checkout time. It was a good accommodation .
Great place to crash close to the airport, of course the prices are San Francisco prices but still way cheaper than downtown and this place allows you to catch early flights. Loved the free shuttle, for me the place offered all I needed :)
The hotel was clean, comfortable and close to the airport. I only needed to be there for a few hours so it fit with my needs.
The room seemed to be clean but it was really damp everywhere and smelled a little weird. My three year old son found a meth pipe in between the bed which made me believe they didn't change the sheets. The maids are super loud in the morning. It was an okay stay just that meth pipe freaked me out a lot.
I really like liked this hotel, it was completely completely worth the stay.
By the time we arrived (1:30pm) our room was not ready and we wanted to rest because we were getting up early to run the SF Marathon. I guess it was alright!
We were staying at the Ramada down the street but the staff was extremely rude so we shifted over to the days inn and the staff there was quite friendly
We needed a hotel just to spend a night and near the airport. This small hotel was not fancy but yet clean and nice. The room was clean, had a table and a sofa, refrigerator and microwave. Much better than expected. Staff was nice and helpful. Recommended
The description and photos on the website were (intentionally) misleading. Yes, there is shuttle service to the airport: the desk will call a cab for you. Yes, there is a restaurant: here are the take-out menus. Yes, we are close to the subway: here's the bus schedule you need to get there. "We know you requested a nonsmoking room, but that request is just a suggestion for us, an we don't have to give you one. We're willing to give you such a room, but our computer system will not allow us to make the change."
Nothing fancy, but satisfactory. Rolls & coffee in morning minimal, but OK.
Requested non-smoking at booking & all was available was a smoking room...they wouldn't switch it. It reeked of cheap, stale cigarettes (slept with window open all night to help air it out), was not terribly clean & my girlfriend came home with pink eye. Awful...just plain awful!!! I normally don't stay at cheap hotels, but we had no choice. Most every other hotel in SF had no vacancies. You most definitely get what you pay for if you stay at this dumpy place. Would've been better off sleeping in the car...
i stayed for 3 days. Inn is located near road. So there is a little noise from cars at night. The atmosphere in the room is just so so. However, the staff was very nice and kind.
The hotel offer shuttel to SFO international. They don't have shuttel they have a cobtract with a cab company. I call they told me to wait 5 minutes. I wait for 2 Hrs 30 minutes, several calls afther the taxi cab didn't want to answer at this time I check other hotels near by sold out. Afther the hotel told me to use any cab. I request non smoking room. They didn't have no smoking I have to accept afther the long wait.
