When we go to on a trip we really just look for a place to sleep and this place was it. It was nice. The breakfast was ok would have been better but it was cold. That was the only disappointment. I would definitely stay there again.

great rolled in at midnight had a good rest breakfast coffee and a great stay

Great service and clean, comfortable hotel. Thanks!

Lovely hotel, comfortable, spacious room, free WiFi, comfortable bed, breakfast included.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay, but would ask for a room farther away from the train. But we did get use to the sound after awhile. Otherwise a very nice hotel. We would go back.

Nice, clean, excellent service and breakfast! A little far from San Francisco downtown but worth the stay. Fresh cookies, coffee all day. Nice large rooms and quiet. We reserved 4 rooms.

We were really impressed with this hotel, especially the value compared to other hotels in the vicinity of sfo. Really nice for the price with spacious rooms and a full hot breakfast buffet. The only downside is there's no shuttle to sfo. Uber was about $12.

The hotel is great. The room is nice and the breakfast is simple but good.

My boyfriend and I got a room at this hotel spontaneously on President's Day. It was cheaper than the other hotel we were at for the weekend, and it was nearby. The check-in process was quick and then we were off to the room. It was right across from the elevator, which was nice, but also right over the bench gazebo where guests go to smoke and talk on the phone, which was a pain but not the end of the world. We only stayed one night which was a real shame; staying another night or even two more would've been awesome. The bed and sheets were comfy and the room was small but cozy. Great in-room air conditioner unit. Down by the front desk they serve cucumber- and lemon-infused water (maybe other infusions for other days, but we were only there for the two) which was awesome. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks, and other everyday to-go-to places all along El Camino Real. Complimentary breakfast and 24/7 coffee is always a plus. I can't say enough appreciation for hotels that include a microwave AND a refrigerator in their rooms. Very close to Caltrain. All-in-all it was very nice, comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Country Inn & Suites.

We had a wonderful 3 days in San Carlos. Lawrence checked us in on Friday. Big smile and very pleasant. He was there to help at breakfast on Saturday. We asked if he knew where a local landmark was in Redwood City and he automatically printed out the directions. When we got back on Saturday evening he was still there. He was there for breakfast on Sunday. What a guy. We felt like we had our own private concierge. We highly recommend and will come back. Everything was perfect with our room and the all you can eat breakfast was EXCELLENT.

Flew in before check in time and was able to get our room early. Good location! Very clean & cozy. If all are like this location in San carlos then we will definitely be choosing the same place.

This hotel was in a convenient location and is a plus with free breakfast. Price is reasonable too.

This is the first time I have ever stayed here and totally enjoyed my stay. Have already recommended it to several friends.

The accomondation and location was excellent. The professional staff is what made my business trip enjoyable.

Great staff, great rooms very enjoyable stay at a great price

From the moment I checked in until it was time to leave, the staff, front desk folks were so friendly and accommodating, it was if I was with family. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and with full capacity, there was never anything out of place or left unattended. Will be happy to book and stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Great trip. Clean, Convenient and walking distance to food.

I booked a stay here for a quick work-related trip and I was very pleased. The free breakfast included everything you would want from a restaurant, so I was pleasantly surprised by that. On top of that, both the hotel lobby and my room were clean as a whistle.

This pleasant hotel was perfectly located for us, but most importantly was clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast included, all at a most attractive price. We have stayed here before and will definitely return.
