Nasty!! Horrible experience. Room smelled like cat pee. Pubic hairs in the bed,
Looks worse than it is from the outside. Parking is tough. Neighborhood seedy. On the better side, room was spotless, quiet, comfortable bed, very reasonable cost. I'd stay there again.
Very clean room, warm bed, clean bathroom, very nice hotel
It's was just not my cup of tea. First off it's old and when you walk in it smells like old water. Towels had stains on it. Just not good at all
last minute trip to SJC. Hotels were booked solid. This dump normally charges $60-70/nt but my fortunate luck I paid $330 for a smelly, dirty, hotel. my feet stuck to the floor as there was a layer of scum throughout the room. Smelled like an arm pit and the the napkin I got with my sbuks coffee was larger and softer than the bath towel they provide. If this travel site offered a negative star rating this place would get a minus 5.
It's a bad place! The staff was not friendly. They don't have air extractor in the bathroom. The mattress was uncomfortable. The room was in bad conditions.
Price OK, but not clean and A/C is is not good. The tower dirty.

Location sucks. There are no location nearby to grab a bite. Parking lot is small. Furniture in room is up to date, premium tv channels nice flat screen, the restrooms tub was horrible stained, towrls are old and dingy, can't get any fresh towels after hours.
Poorly kept. Over priced. Avoid like plague. cant stsnd poor quality. Bad location. Nothing close.

My stay was very nice.close to where I had to go in the morning. Room was very nice and clean.
Location was average. Greeting staff was very nice. Was surprised with an incidentals credit hold for both rooms I booked. Beds had fleas which made for a very uncomfortable sleep!!! when reported, staff acted surprised until we showed them our blood stains on the spreadsheets!!! Breakfast was wholesome and the area was well kept.
The hotel is right off the freeway. The rooms were actually pretty impressive in comparison to the exterior/lobby area. However, at a price tag approaching $200, it's hard to call this a "value" of any sort. It's a clean and comfortable location, but you are definitely paying for it!
The only thing this place has going for it is the location right off freeway and price - that's it! But you truly do get what you pay for! The bathtub walls and shower curtain were growing mold Did not feel safe even though they locked the back gate.
Difficult to find, especially at night. My room stank horribly I had to turn ac full blast and freeze the heck out . Attendant was fast from friendly. Their idea of continental breakfast was cold cereal, toasts, and waffles ughh. I would not recommend to anybody. Perhaps someone I want to have a bad time.
I am a trans woman. I was having serious surgery nearby and reserved a handicapped room. Arriving terribly swollen and seriously in danger of bleeding to death if I didn't get off my feet, I entered the tiny lobby that was at around 90 degrees in temperature. When I slowly limped in, hurting and barely able to walk, the Innkeeper "Sir"-ed me, and then refused to give me my handicapped room, blaming the internet travel provider for "not telling him" about it. Even though I was very obviously hurt and just out of a hospital, he gave me an upstairs room! I was in no condition to not take it. I had to carry heavy suitcases upstairs! The room TV control didn't work. The shower drain plug was broken and rolling around in the tub. The aircon sounded like a diesel truck. The room was nearly out of toilet paper. I needed to leave early as it was so bad, so I scheduled a follow up appointment two days early to go home, when I was still in great pain. Returning from the doctor, when I limped in to check out and asked them to pro rate the three hours I stayed past check out, a female innkeeper now, (wife?) with a sneer of disdain and also "Sir"ing me, tried to tell me I had to pay for the whole future night! They ended up charging me a whole lot more than they should and I couldn't do anything about it. I was illegally not given a handicapped room, and then I was treated horribly! As business people, why were they so poor in their treatment toward me? I wish I could get my money back. One of the worst experiences of my life.
I stayed here because it was cheap & close to the airport. Couldn't find my reservation but because I brought my confirmation print out they gave me a room anyway. Not the nicest but served it's purpose.
Not good. Arrived very late and was given a room on the second floor - no elevator, had to drag my heavy bag up a long flight of stairs. The room had not been cleaned! Bed unmade, bathroom a mess. Dragged my bag back down the long flight of stairs to the office, where the unfriendly owner didn't even apologize. She gave me a room on the ground floor, after telling me previously that there was no room available on the ground floor. The room was ok, hard bed, whole place a bit shabby and depressing.
Most of hotel furniture, decor is fairly modern, whole hotel non-smoking, which is nice. Breakfast isn't anything to write home about, but the fridge in the room means it doesn't have to be. Only complaint was that during my initial check-in I was assigned a room which already had someone in it, which I then proceeded to enter, to a very awkward meeting with a stranger.
