Room was cold. No change of linen/room service. Ants in the room

My expectations were low since it is well below the the area typical, but itwas a convenient stay with excellent staff good cleanliness and a comfortable, well-maintained room. If you are expecting gourmet breakfast, go to a restaurant in the area. Although it is close to 101 my room was well- soundproofed, so i heard none of the noise. Overall, it covered my location and budgetary needs.

Needs improvement. Did not honer Orbitz reservation. Did not offer comparable price for same room.

The place was awesome everything was perfect, up until check out the house cleaning lady tried to steal my San Francisco Giants towel and my phone charger and my cigar.

A bit run down, but overall you get what you pay for.

It's a dump with full time transient boarders. Too expensive, noisy, next to the freeway

I had doubts initially by the outside appearance, but once I. Entered it was the cleanest room. There is a microwave and fridge and hardwood floors. The room was huge and extremely clean. I would say it is definitely in comparison with double tree of Hilton etc. I will definitely stay there if I have to visit SFO again. WELL KEPT HOTEL. The only downside is breakfast was only cereal and bread:( But for the price it’s an awesome room

We were grateful to find such a good place to stay. Clean, comfortable, pleasant simple breakfast. Wonderfully capable thoughtful gentleman at the desk. We would forward to staying here again.

Had to find a place for the night before an eRly flight out of San Francisco. When I checked in the lobby area stunk like body odor. the place was sketchy. Didn't feel very safe. Very old and run down. Glad I wasn't there long and will not go back

Nasty!! Horrible experience. Room smelled like cat pee. Pubic hairs in the bed,

Looks worse than it is from the outside. Parking is tough. Neighborhood seedy. On the better side, room was spotless, quiet, comfortable bed, very reasonable cost. I'd stay there again.

Very clean room, warm bed, clean bathroom, very nice hotel

It's was just not my cup of tea. First off it's old and when you walk in it smells like old water. Towels had stains on it. Just not good at all

last minute trip to SJC. Hotels were booked solid. This dump normally charges $60-70/nt but my fortunate luck I paid $330 for a smelly, dirty, hotel. my feet stuck to the floor as there was a layer of scum throughout the room. Smelled like an arm pit and the the napkin I got with my sbuks coffee was larger and softer than the bath towel they provide. If this travel site offered a negative star rating this place would get a minus 5.

It's a bad place! The staff was not friendly. They don't have air extractor in the bathroom. The mattress was uncomfortable. The room was in bad conditions.

Price OK, but not clean and A/C is is not good. The tower dirty.

was good, booked this place because it was a nice location

Location sucks. There are no location nearby to grab a bite. Parking lot is small. Furniture in room is up to date, premium tv channels nice flat screen, the restrooms tub was horrible stained, towrls are old and dingy, can't get any fresh towels after hours.

Poorly kept. Over priced. Avoid like plague. cant stsnd poor quality. Bad location. Nothing close.

breakfast is nott hat good the staff isfriendl ycomfortable
