Great choice for a cost effective choice in San Dimas. Clean rooms, great small kitchen setup & a friendly staff. Also a great locations with a lot of restaurants options within walking distance.

Couple of minor maintenance issues in the room however, overall experience was positive and staff was very friendly.

The place smells really bad and the noise level was inappropriate.

I was blown away.I stay in hotels for a couple weeks at least once a month.this will be my new go to.room wqs comfortable clean and felt like home. Staff was very nice.price is very reasonable.you can't beat the location

Older property but maintained above average; room and appointments getting long in the tooth. "Grab-N-Go" breakfast was nothing more than coffee urns and packaged snacks; disappointing. Otherwise, decent accommodation for reasonable price. No on-site food/beverage service; no pool/spa.

I had reserved a 2 bed room and ended with 2 rooms 1 bed had to split the family sucks for vacation time

A friend suggested that I try this hotel for my next stay in the area. I expected a clean, quiet location. At first appearance, as I drove up, the place looked very nice. As I went inside I noticed the lobby as being a little dirty, but proceeded to the front desk. As I checked in, the lady told me that "we have kitchenettes, but if you want plates, come back to the lobby". "And also, we clean the rooms once a week so if you need something in between, call us". I was only staying 4 days. I proceeded to the room. I looked in the kitchen area and not only were there no plates, but no glasses or silverware. Why have a kitchen with nothing to use? I went to get a cold glass of water and there were no glasses other than the plastic one in the bathroom?? I opened the freezer and the ice trays were empty! No ice had been made for my arrival. I went to the front desk and asked for ice and she told me there are ice trays in the freezer, and I said, "They're empty"!! There was no ice to be found! She says well Target probably carries it..... I went across the highway to a convenience store and got what they should have had all along! When I went back to the room I noticed the dresser had large marks on the front with something white against the dark brown dresser. I then realized that there is no hair dryer. They have ironing boards in the rooms, but no hair dryers?? I had quit carrying a hair dryer years ago as ALL hotels and motels have hair dryers!

In town to visit with family so the time spent in this hotel was limited. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet, Great WiFi connection and easy parking. There were several eateries within walking distance. There is easy access to the highway.

My sister and I were in the area to help take care of an elderly family member, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, except to sleep. The beds were comfy and the room quiet. The room was basic, yet very comfortable. The staff was super nice. Our only room 'complaint' was taken care of immediately and effectively. We were able to extend an extra day with no hassle and without having to change rooms. The hotel was very well located for our needs and is beautifully landscaped, making 'coming home' a pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel if all you really need is a nice, basic, no frills place to sleep.

Good room, excellent staff, great location, short walk to lots of attraction and dining, I stayed a whole week, never had a problem.

I was very satisfied with everything about this hotel. No complaints is a good thing.

I had an out of town guest stay and checked the room out myself. I was pleased with the cleanliness, staff, and neighborhood. I would recommend the hotel and stay there again.

Instant check in and out. Very friendly and efficient Spartan but clean. Best feature well sound insulated from outside street noise and from adjoining rooms. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the front clerk was very nice. We has asked for 1 room with double beds, upon our arrival we were told they has given us 2rooms because they did not have a double bed room for us. Other than that we had a good experience.

Again not really a customer service hotel, the room smelled like smoke even tho it wasnt a smoking room. No bathroom in the lobby and good luck trying to use one. overall ill recomend this hotel to my friends. also good WIFI very fast and free

My stay at this limited services hotel was very much what I expected. The hotel did not have any of the amenities that a short stay hotel might have. No pool, no exercise room etc. It did have a guest laundry. I thought the location was great right in the middle of San Dimas and very easy access from the CA freeway system. However, far enough away from the highway to not have any highway noise. My room was exactly as advertised, with newer furnishings and a new TV (although the set did not get HD programming - a disappointment.) If you have to stay for more than a week this is a hotel you should consider.

It was very easy to check in and leave! I had a nice stay at this hotel even though it was only one night. I woulx stay here again!

By the time we drove from Reno Nv. to Los Angeles we had indure drivers from heck and tempatures in the range of 110 f . Upon arrivingWe were sent in the wrong direction by family members then we called the Extended stay .Ron was not only delightful but also informative since CalTrans just happen to be working that night on eight offramps . He was kind enough to guide us straight to the front door and went out of his way to ensure that the room we got was great . Between the courtesy and kindness he showed and the helpful day shift our trip was an ultimate success. Our thanks to all.

We loved our stay. We visited with friends and family. We ate out alot. It would help if there was a guide to resturants. The help was wonderful the room was clean and the front desk very friendly and helpful.

we went there to visit a sick friend who lives nearby. The hotel is nice, although we've stayed there a couple of times and the refrigerators are always noisy and it's right next to a carwash that's also noisy in the morning. The tv is quite small also.
