This laid-back beach bungalow is just the spot for your next Mission Beach escape! Tucked right along the main courtyard to the ocean, you’re only steps from the sand and super close to everything fun in the area—shops, eats, and all the local action.

Inside, there’s plenty of room to crash, no matter who’s tagging along:

The kitchen’s got everything you need—gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cookware you’ll want, whether you’re tossing together a quick bite or going full chef mode.

You’ll have high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs for binge sessions, and AC to keep cool when it heats up. There’s a washer and dryer right at the house too, plus a shared tandem parking spot in the driveway to make life easier.

Step outside and make the most of that SoCal sunshine—play some ping pong, snap a few pics by the selfie wall, or just chill on the patio and watch the world go by. We’ve got all the beach gear ready: chairs, boogie boards, volleyballs, footballs, frisbees—you name it.

There’s also a BBQ grill for cookouts, space to eat outdoors, and a fire pit for late-night hangouts. Feel like getting a workout in? There’s outdoor fitness gear too. And with the fully fenced yard, the kiddos and pups can play safely while you relax.

Guest Access:
You’ll have the whole place to yourself—no shared walls, just your own private beach bungalow (a rare find in Mission Beach!). Feel free to kick back on both the front and back patios, and make yourself at home inside. We use a smart lock with a keypad, so checking in is super easy-come and go whenever it works for you!

Other things to note:

• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
• After 4 guests, there’s a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule.
• The driveway is long enough to fit 2 vehicles, but parking is first come first serve with the bungalow next door.
• Loud music is not allowed on the property especially after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.
