Great location, great property. Would definitely be staying again.

This place is in a great location, you can easily walk, scooter or uber to just about anywhere downtown very quickly. The complex is very safe. I didn’t find the area to have any more homeless than other areas of San Diego contrary to some other reviews. There are at least 2 grocery stores within a 5 min walk. The actual unit was very large and spacious. All the basic amenities were included. There is also a gym, a pool, hot tub, very nice lobby and rooftop lounge w/ a grill. The beds were comfy, and there was a small patio to hang out on. I’m not sure what more you could ask for. I can’t really say a bad thing about the place other than the washer/dryer weren’t all that great and one of the tub drains was going down very slow. All in all it’s an awesome place at an awesome price.

Checking in and out is a confusing, multi-part mess. You must park at meter, get key from a combination locker, follow confusing directions to get to room. There you pick up parking pass, then you must go back downstairs, park in garage, go back upstairs and finally settle. At check out, you can't just pack and go - you must again go downstairs, upstairs, down again to get every key/pass/fob in the right place - and if you forget anything, including spinning the locker combo, the charges are outrageous. Counterintuitive, labor intensive, unwelcoming. Plus, for the high price they charge, there are too many rules, like taking out your own trash (which involves finding where to dump it). At these rates, there should be more (or any) service.
