I've stayed here several times and everyone has been very nice. Carpets could use a shampoo.

Staff was great. Parking is not good in front of hotel, very small spaces.

My room was in the back of the hotel, with the freeway just across the way, so it was noisy.

My landlord wanted to fumigate for termites so he paid for the Comfort Suites for three nights. When I arrived there, they wanted another $50 on a credit card in my name. I don't have credit cards and they wouldn't take cash, so I left to sleep in my car. Jerks.

Pros: Affordability and breakfast. Cons: Facilities in general need repairs--room carpet was dirty, chips on the tub, fridge would not close properly. In addition, it was difficult to find parking space. The desk staff could be friendlier.

Very solid hotel for the money! Good wifi. Nice pool and hot tub area. Rooms are huge and have good work spaces. Bed was more comfortable than I expected. Staff was fine and not the most modern of hotels, but highly recommended for the price.

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in for the price. The room was spacious for a family of five and had two tv's. The beds were very comfy and the shower curtain was actually solid and was wall-to-wall. The staff went out of their way to be friendly including the cleaning staff. It was clean and wasn't run down. The rooms enclose the pool with an open park-like atmosphere with two water fountains and lawn furniture to use. The door to the room opens to this, but the place is locked by doors at night, so someone has to have a key or go through the lobby. We felt very safe. On top of all of this, was the free daily breakfast, including making your own fresh waffles or french toast. It also had sausage and eggs, beagles, muffins, danishes, cereals, and juices. I don't usually eat breakfast but looked forward to this every day!

It looks the suite has been redesigned. I like the internal design because it has separate room and 2 TVs. a perfect suite. if you are family with kids it's comfortable since of having a single room with TV. there are some issues such as the machines (Ice maker and vending machine) is outside of building and if the weather is cold or rainy it would be issue. there is one small elevator so make it a little hard to move in rush hour. the breakfast was ok such as other hotels in the same class. the area for breakfast is very normal but I like they have always some fruits such as apple so you can eat it. the position is very good. there are some restaurants such as Dennys or pizza Hut that you can use them.

Everybody was nice..:) I guess the hotel was in renovation mode so it wasn't pretty inside ..overall the hotel was comfortable for me . I would reccomend to others

I checked-in around 4pm and was given a room where the bathtub was not usable. It looked like the drain had been clogged and they had poured chemicals in it causing black sludge to bubble back up into the tub. It was disgusting. They offered to send someone from engineering up when I asked for a new room. We had a comedy show to get to and I needed a shower They offered to downgrade us from a King suite to a double bed room. They said no King or Queens were available. They refused to give a price adjustment. After multiple rounds of discussion and me walking downstairs to show them a picture of the tube they finally found us a queen suite with no price adjustment for the downgrade. The shower was broken in the 2nd room and pink bacteria was in the shower. I don't think it had been bleached or cleaned in awhile. Also they didn't have enough parking. We had to park 2 businesses away to prevent being towed.

Love this hotel although parking can be scarce. Close to a strip mall with plenty of restaurant choices. Furniture was stained but the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

my girlfriend from Canada came in town and this hotel is just awesome, from the very friendly staff and spacious room to comfy bed and just the location is awesome! the room is just awesome, living room with tv, and bedroom has tv as well. everything looks awesome!

Our one sight stay at Comfort Suites was barely that. The toilet had a problem and it continued to run all night. Even after my husband fixed it. The a/c was inconsistent and noisy. Unfortunately double beds seem to be a bit dated size wise.

Just felt dirty, big, uncozy and impersonal. Bed was comfy, though.

I had a really nice stay. In the perfect location with very nice staff

The location was good, and the suite was nice, overlooking the pool. But the internet access was very slow, crashed every 5 min. And the water pressure in the shower was not sufficient.

Noisy soccer tournament stayed in the pool until 10 PM. Breakfast was pretty lousy. Door key readers were flaky.

Had a wonderful experience. No problems at all. Would recommended this place to everybody . Nice rooms, staff , breakfast and location .

Price was right. Location was right. Room was comfy but the staff and amenities need some MAJOR improvement. Trash was left in the bins, hair in the sink. Light fixture in the bathroom was crooked with a loose light bulb. No cord connecting the phone to the wall. When I booked I asked about the pool and spa but wasn't told BOTH WERE DOWN due to maintenance. Such a disappointment for the kids I was traveling with.

We had an excellent experience with this hotel. The staff are very nice. the room is clean. More importantly, the hotel location is very convenient to everything incluidng the Edward theator, shopp malls, dining places, etc. One suggestion: to set up a laundry room. Currently we have to use it next door at Holiday Inn.
