I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel. However, I didn’t like that they were not willing to lower the hotel rate. I also didn’t like that I was woken up to construction sounds before 8AM. Also, the room windows should be better insulated and have black out curtains.
No valet parking option for vehicles over 6ft. They should mention this before arrival. Very strict with noise. We had music playing on Fri night around 7pm and came to tell us to turn it down. Disappointed. Will not stay here again
The property looked really nice and I liked the room overall. However, they didn’t have parking or valet. At these prices I’d expect both. Had to pay another $25 to park. And the receptionist was pretty useless.

Help behind the front desk was not useful, they couldn't make useful recommendations for dining, activities, etc. The valets working the driveway were super helpful and friendly.
