Crumpled bed, stinky carpet, too cramped for 4 person, parking too expensive, wifi sucks, no fridge, no microwave.....overall rate...SUCKS!

There was no parking available for checked in guests, the room was dirty, long lines to check in, overall a bad experience.

Good Hotel. Great Location. Friendly staff. Bed could have been a little more comfortable, especially pillows.

The location of the hotel was the best part. Amenities and description of the hotel matched the website.

Had a problem with the parking machine. I had to use my credit card & was bharged a little more instead of the Hotel guest fee one of the days. Was no refrigerator in my room... also was not the room I booked was told when I checked in they only had twin bed rooms available. I did I not want that. Had no choice.

Nice for walking along the docks. Safe, peaceful, healthy.

It was memorial weekend stay at the hotel. The self parking lot was always full in the late afternoon through next morning and always had a difficultly to find the spot. The hotel also offer parking for public and that makes parking unavailable for the people who stay there. People even park at where they cannot park or loading zone overnight. That was terrible. Also, the parking space between the cars is very narrow. It was very uncomfortable to park there even we found the space. We were 3rd room away from the elevator hall and also above the hotels' laundry room. it was so noisy all the time.

Nice hotel with above average marks. Room service isn't great but the views on the west side of the towers is amazing. If you don't get a view room, I'd recommend a newer nearby hotel.

It's is a nice hotel very clean and the location is great. Right about 10 mins from gaslamp and about 20 from old town. The only thing I would say is that parking is not the best. Wish they would add more parking. Other than that I would stay there again.

Great experience. Walking distance to transportation and many activities

Nice Hotel, the staff was friendly and accommodating. It close to restaurants and tourist activity, right by the bay.

Carpet was dirty, no mini refridgerator, central heat/air only worked when it wanted to, cleaning service was marginal, got sucked into a time share presentation then they got mad when I wouldn't buy into their $69k pitch. No complementary breakfast. In a hurry to leave one morning we went down to get something to eat and run; came back with a muffin and yogurt for $11.00.

I was here for a conference. I loved the location. My room was spacious and in great condition. I highly recommend this hotel!

This was the first time my wife and I had gone to San Diego we had a great time. We liked the location of our stay which provided us the opportunity to explore a good deal of San Diego. We took a ferry to coronado island, went to the Balboa park and we were able to walk to several places to eat. We thought that Ruth's Steak and Seafood provided delicious food although it was more expensive then we expected.

small rooms, hotel staff not helpful and concierge is terrible

The free shuttle is great to and from airport as well as to some key attractions. Excellent location to waterfront activities and attractions; walking to Little Italy, gas lamp, Midway, maritime museum, water taxis and tours. The beds and linens very comfortable and good quality. Sheets super soft. Overall, very clean. Furnishings a little dated. Toiletries smell nice. Towels plush. Pool is very nice, clean, well maintained. Plenty of lounge chairs. Disappointments: bad view (of roof top with hamburger smells from restaurant wafting in from tiny balcony). Would have been nice if we had been placed in a room with a better view. It's important to treat first time customers well so they will go back. Ice machine was broken for 3 days and only 1 machine per floor; not enough for 36 rooms per floor! Some staff were aloof and snooty; short on patience with simple questions. Gift store very over priced but convenient. Terribly LOUD plumbing repairs at 7am one morning in room right above me! Hammering on pipes and drilling. I had to call the desk 3 times to get them to stop. Ruined our sleep that morning. They stopped for one hour and then back at it at 9 am. The hotel should have given us a free breakfast on this morning. Very poor customer relations on this occasion.

The valet staff and outside people were great- always a joy to be around and talk to. We were hoping to change rooms since our room was in the corner and our view was of the AC units. We were unable to change rooms as they said that they were booked all weekend. We also asked for a roll away bed before we left to explore for the day and they said OK, but when we got back to the room there was no roll away bed. We had to call again to get that set up. I was also charged incorrectly for my stay- charged for two refrigerator nights (did not get a fridge) and not charged for the roll away? Confusing. Just not a very great experience, but the room service staff was friendly and attentive and we had a good time in SD regardless.

Wonderful stay, great location. We cannot complain about our stay at the Wyndham!

The staff cleaned very well, I was absent some days and everything was in tack. I enjoyed my stay
