Shuttle was not free from airport. No shuttle service on mondays.

It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It smelled bad as soon as opening the door. Found cockroach in the room. Many things were not working: phone, cable tv, toilet and tub drainage. I called the front desk to report the issue multiple times. The staff told me he would send a plumber to address it, but to my surprise, a guy knocked on our door and handed me a plunger to use and fix it myself. I requested to be placed in a different room but the staff couldn't make it happened. Had to check out early and checked-in to a different hotel because we couldn't use the bathroom shower and toilet at all! For the price they charge, this is a total waste of money, comfort, and time.

Bad experience. The rooms have a mold, hummid smell. The beds didn't look clean. The staff manager are very rude, the only nice understanding person was the security.

if i could rate this hotel in the negative i definitely would. First let me say the pictures are definitely misleading, the room is very cramped and small and the parking lot is not kind to large vehicles. The mirrors have huge cracks and black spots, they don't provide adequate linens, and the amenities are obsolete. My family and i were able to overlook all of this however the huge iPhone sized cockroach on the wall was the straw that broke the camels back. furthermore there were NO accommodations and i was charged FULL price even though i checked out a day early due to cleanliness,

Room looked nothing like the glamorous pictures on website! We walked into the room and it was humid! The weather outside was never humid, but the room was terribly humid the entire time. So much so that the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. There was a sugar ant infestation on the bathroom counter. Noticed this when we first checked in and and by the next morning all of our tolitries were covered in ants! The pillows were terrible! It was like shredded pieces of newspaper thrown in a sack. None of the 4 pillows were remotely comfortable! The carpet was disgustingly dirty! My feet were filthy from walking on it. It was unraveling and lifting from the ground where it met the tile! I was afraid to let my 8 month old crawl on the floor! I put her down for 10 minutes to blow dry my hair and her clean socks were filthy! Pool was terrible! Photo attached! Used Towels thrown everywhere around the pool area. No one came to tidy up and the dirty towels remained. No clean pool towels available. Could hear the bathroom fan running in the neighbors room ALL NIGHT LONG! I was very disappointed and felt that the hotel pictures misrepresented the hotel! I wish I would have taken more pics of the inside of the room to provide with my feedback! I would have tried to ask for a refund and went somewhere else, but when you have been traveling with two kids all day, it's more trouble than it's worth! Very, very upset and disappointed! I though Wyndham hotels were better quality than this!!!

I felt that I was misleading by the pictures of the hotel. When I checked in around 9 pm, I was directed to drive around the block and find my room that is located behind the main hotel. The room smells as if no one was in there for awhile. It felt super stuffy. There are two sections of the room but the AC is only on one side of the room which makes the one side of the room super cold but the other side is warm. Small flies flew around the ice vending machine outside of the room and the lighting outside is not well lit. I cancelled the second night and decided to check out early.

No comforter, old fixtures, needs a face lift. Location is good, but property needs to upkeep

The hotel was old and outdated in a bad area. It was dirty and they allow dogs on property. Dog hair on bed sheets.

It was raining when I got there and had to walk on the rain to get to my 1st room. The room smell really bad like smoke even when I asked for no smoking. Had to go back to lobby in the rain to get another room. Then back on the rain for second room. This time it was ok...

We stayed at the wynham in Point Loma less for parking a little more economical and very nice. we Enjoyed the area .

Was OK. Room was not serviced or cleaned. Got rate online so was reasonable for the service and amenities.

The jello bed & old pillows were terrible. The good things were the price was cheaper than the surrounding hotels and it was close to Sea World.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room condition was clean but showed wear.

Arrived at check-in, was told I would have to pay 12.00 per day to park on their hotel property. Was not told about this ahead of time. Bad surprise.

The rug had stains, some wallpaper was peeling, microwave is really old, the door in the bathroom was hard to close and so it was the main door; the main door would stay open it doesn't close up like most hotel doors. The hotel is dog friendly but there aren't a designated area for pets to relieve themselves. The parking charge is ridiculous they charge $12 for parking. It's my first time I had to pay for parking while already paying for my stay at a hotel.

giant cockroaches and broken glass mirrors

if i could rate this hotel in the negative i definitely would. First let me say the pictures are definitely misleading, the room is very cramped and small and the parking lot is not kind to large vehicles. The mirrors have huge cracks and black spots, they don't provide adequate linens, and the amenities are obsolete.
