The hotel was close and convient, the staff was great and room was very clean gad a great experience, will go there again!!

This motel is no where near as nice as the pictures on the internet portray it to be.

Great job On keeping the Room cleaned and kept towels in the room

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I had the king suite with the kitchenette. I thought by getting the best room at the hotel, it probably was the best kept on the property. When I got into the room, it was generally fine until I saw the bugs in the room and the numerous bug traps inside of it. The staff was very nice about trying to handle the problem but there are only so many bug traps you can buy! The breakfast was ok. They sold ZQuill at the desk so that you could get past the noise at night. For being a two star hotel, the folks did a nice job in the upkeep but you scare people off if you can't solve the bug problem.

This is an old facility that has been patched and it looks like they hired illegals with zero experience and no supervision to do the work. We got to the room and there was a hole in the wall all the way to the outside that they had stuck toilet paper in to keep the bugs out. Outlets did not work; there was no mirror; one of the TV's had no service and the carpet was so dirty that it was a completely different color than under the bed. All in all, this was a fleabag motel.

This was a 5th rate overrated facility that wasn't worth $5 to stay in. Carpets were dirty and bugs were on the floor. There were numerous issues with the functions of the room. For a place to stay, this would be great for the homeless, not those wishing to have a positive experience in San Diego.

Nice hotel. I liked the fact that the beds were in separate rooms.

I got more than I paid for. Thank you for the hospitality!

The location is good and the staff in competent, but this is a dive of a hotel. The windows face the backside of a building and a bunch of dumpsters. The interior is a collection of drywall patches and mix-matched paint. The outlets have been moved to different spots on the walls that make no sense. Everything in my room screamed 'do the absolute minimum and save $ wherever you can' If you're in desperate need of a place in that area, there are better looking hotels up and down the street. Try them instead and avoid this place.

Just fine. nothing special, was there for about 7 hours.

We were in town for business and wouldn't be spending much time in a motel room, so we were looking for something inexpensive. This motel was that. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, but it was a little run down and pretty noisy. But since we basically just needed someplace to sleep, it worked okay.

Location was central to many of San Diego's attractions with easy access to/from the freeway! Overall appearance of the hotel was old but clean. We had a two room suite/kitchenette which was a nice luxury for the low price we paid, however the room was not 'cozy' and the carpet was filthy! The hotel shares its parking lot with the back side of a shopping center so delivery and garbage trucks were constantly coming back and forth. :-( Also, I have a small service dog(working animal), which management apparently had never dealt with, and hasseled me on three seperate occassions during my four day stay for having; implying that if I hadn't already prepaid for my room on-line I would have been asked to leave. I was also forced to take room service so they could check on the condition of the room.
