complimentary breakfast is not really breakfast. For the price of $71 a night , I know this is a budget place. But some other places offered a continental breakfast with this price range! Travel Inn offers coffee and small-mini cinnamon rolls - this is a joke Roach crawling on my coffee maker inside our room. Someone used the elevator as the bathroom. It was wet with peeee .disgusting!

I was disappointed about the continental breakfast and wifi. Neither were available. The staff, however, were helpful and friendly.

Old hotel with old amenities. Scratchy towels And blankets.

Ice maker did not work, no pictures on the wall, no working smoke alarm. Finally had refrigerator working after maintenance man found electrical outlet not working, fuse blown! There was a Hole in cabinet where microwave had once been. Forget the continental Breakfast! Only Good part was checkin people tried to accommodate guests wishes, i.e.a quite area and were friendly.

We checked in and as we were bringing in luggage, heard police sirens. They continued throughout the night. We were planning to stay 3 days, but decided it was best to check out the next day. 2 days later, we discovered that my daughter got lice.

Very outdated and too expensive uncomfortabe beds. It was smelly there burnt marks on coffee pot and the lamps didn't work. The tv remote also didn't work.

Decent rooms, nice size. Pet friendly and a working jacuzzi

The office staff wasnt too friendly. Also the plymbing in my room was backed up..the sink and tub were totally plugged.

The place smelled horrible , rude customer service , I feel that the breakfest was cheap compared for what i paid for the room. worst experience ever!!!!

Stay somewhere else the rooms are very dirty at this hotel my wife slept in her clothes

Chose this because it was one of the only hotels left during comic con under $200. The woman at the front desk was a delight. Sweet helpful. The room smelled carpet was so worn. But I have to say the matteress were new.

Boss came from Taiwan more than 40 years! They are kindly and friendly. And the hotel near Trolley Station, is easy to go to San Diego down town without parking problem.

Just a room to sllep in.. nothin more.. nothing less

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But, it's nothing special, you get what you pay for. I wish they had a microwave in the hotel rooms so we didn't have to keep walking down to the lobby each time. The location was pretty nice, most things are all walking distance and you're only a few blocks away from the trolly station which takes you anywhere you need to go.

The front desk was very friendly;however my Dad came to pick us up and the person at the desk said I was not registered there The lift over the sink had a short and my husband could not shave I was glad we carry a set of beach towels: the bath towels are so thin and small only big enough for someone that is no more than 4ft tall The room was stuffy and warm

This hotel was not good. The room was dirty and small really bad. I will never will stay here again. I will rather sleep in the car. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I was disappointed to say the least in my experience at this hotel. While it is a 2 star hotel, I still did not expect a mattress with springs poking me nor pillows that were lumpier than bad oatmeal. I would not stay here again if it was the last hotel in the San Diego area.

Good experaince, comfortable bed, quiet, lots of resturants and shoping malls close by.

rooms needed some work. found a roach secound day.stuffy smell to room.

Reasonable price for the room. Friendly staff. Clean room. What more can you ask for?
