Worst hotel ever. It was beyond dirty! The carpet was disgusting, the bathroom tub was clogged, and the room smelled gross. If you value your safety please do not stay here. There were a lot of suspicious activities going on in this hotel. If you care about cleanliness and being safe then this is not the hotel for you.

The room was gross. Was afraid to take my shoes off. Paint chipping off the wall, stains all over the floor. Cable didnt work, fridge didnt work, wifi kept cutting out, two lamps didnt work. 2 towels had stains on them. I checked out early because of these issues. Strongly recommend a severe remodel and renovation. Would never recommend...

The Room was horrible and stink and dirty, I told the person at the front desk that the room had a really bad smell and he just offer deodorant for the room, the carpet was extremely dirty and also the restroom was not clean, the bed was uncomfortable and noisy. I had a 2 day reservation and I had to ask for a refund for the second, I could not stand staying one more night. Horrible hotel.

No working lamps; Broken A.C., Water temperature in bath cycled hot and cold, broken hairdryer, broken ironing board and no iron, paint stains on mattress, holes in sheets, weird people hang out/live there, the toilet seat cover wouldn't stay up when you're using the toilet, had a two-day reservation, couldn't stomach another night, cancelled the second night

Did not feel safe in the location of the Super 8. I agreed to pay 1 night even though we did not stay there. Orbits said I would receive a refund on the other 7 days. I have not received it yet.

The front desk lady was nice- we did get a refund back because we opted out from staying the night after seeing the room. I had made a mistake of booking a smoking room by accident, so that was my fault- the smell of smoke was a mute point to my argument. But there were cigarette holes on the sheets. There was what appeared to be knife marks on the bedding- I am assuming it was a knife mark because the lines are straight. The ceiling had splattered stains on it. Some of the light bulbs were not working and the bathroom had a lightbulb missing. The huge pictures over the beds were very nice, but completely crooked, which is a petty things compared to the other things. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower; you can see they might have tried to paint over the mold, but the paint wore off. Massive dents and marks on the front door, appearing as though objects were thrown at the door hard enough or enough times to chip the paints right off the door. Dents and marks all through the walls. The door lock wasn't properly placed; the bolt on the door and the lock frame were not aligned, therefor no allowing for a firm shut to the door or for proper locking to the door. There were power outlets that were not secured properly to the walls, leaving wires to be in clear view. We were to ladies staying at the place by ourself. We didn't feel safe so we requested to get our money back because we had no intentions of staying there for the night.

The whole room and hotel looks like as if they have picked up everything from a thrift store and built it. The carpets in the hallway is dirty. The mirror in the bathroom was broken and replaced with a smaller one, and they didint even bother to repaint the rest of the area. The bath tub was having cracks ( though clean ). The bath towels they left were having lots of stains and dirty. This happened on multiple days. Calling the front desk, they did come over with replacement towels in a few minutes. I did not use the Ironing table or TV, but while I was at the breakfast, I could see couple of folsk complaining the staff at the front desk about iron was not wokring and TV not working etc.

Everything was ok, but the front desk. The guy was at the front desk was anything but polite, and he made fun of the people that he was talking over the phone. Which makes me wonder if he was making fun of me when I called.

hotel have good bed very comfortable, the location is good there is business around,

Place was filthy, given a stinky smoking room. Front desk said it was non smoking, sing on the door said smoking allowed. Carpet was black with filth, room beat up and out dated, lots of things brokers or torn up and not clean

This hotel had a sink break above the room and flood my room. No offer to reimburse, did ask for another room to shower in since there was an inch of water on floor when I woke up

The water in tub and sink went down slow, would back up forcing you to turn water off and wait till it goes down!!!

Bad service, rude female worker who says she's the manager on shift. No blow dryer in the room.

Hall way was very dirty Room smelled nasty Carpet was dirty Fridge was not working Toilet was not flushing and blocked - no staff available to unplugged toilet Pillows were flat and bad TV was very old Poor breakfast and breakfast tasted nasty and stale Garbage was overflowing at the breakfast area . My kids could not eat the food because they noticed some flies from the garbage

The room had a funky smell. The towels were stained. The lamps were broken. The tv didn't work at all. Called the front desk to get help, never heard back from them.

There is a $100 deposit on top of what you already paid for. Rooms are clean. Run down, there was loud music from a party that was being held there. Hotel did not care to warn us or advise us of the noise till early morning hours. Loud construction noise, since rooms are being "renovated". There is only 1 person work at a time, for the hotel.

Very NOISY!!! Check in was two hours later than I was told...Rooms not clean, gross!! Bed was broken...plumbing bad...need to update their room pictures to show how they really are...

Stayed here with my hubby for a weekend getaway. Don't be fooled by the pictures! The area surrounding the hotel was dumpy. There are low income apartments next door to the hotel, so all night/day there were strung out drug addicts and hookers hanging around in front of the hotel. In the matter of 1 hour we saw 4 Oceanside Police cars circle the parking lot. The room itself was darkly lit and had a dirty feel to it-- but, we understood that by going the cheap route we really couldn't expect a 4-5 star quality, so we were sure to keep that in mind. The breakfast offered was pretty much your standard buffet with juices, cold cereals, coffee and danishes--that were not individually wrapped. However, they did have a Belgian waffle maker. The staff there were ok. The girl that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. She pointed us in the right direction of some good Mexican restaurants-- which are mostly along Mission Avenue. The other guy that worked at the front desk was a little shady. Not sure if it was his mother or girlfriend that kept hanging around in the lobby, but it was a little odd/disconcerting. All in all, we got what we paid for. Could it have been a little better? Definitely. Will we be staying here again? Probably not.

I didn't expect a luxury hotel experience with my discount-priced room. However, I expected to get a decent sleep after attending a memorial service in the area. That I did not get. My next door neighbors were pacing the hallway, opening and closing doors, and partying most of the night. I could hear every word they spoke through the paper-thin wall between us. When I called the office to complain, the office worker was rude and difficult. The situation did not improve, and I did not get the sleep I needed. Then, at 6:30 or 7:00 am the housekeeping staff knocked on my door and woke me up from the little sleep that I was getting. I had a bit of a gross feeling about the drain in the sink that was stained and broken, and the creepy gold bedspread that I'm sure does not get washed.
