Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa

Pool and spa area is nice. It was also great that they had a free shuttle for guests!

Nice hotel, very nice Bar, nice staff- Rooms are tired My room reeked of perfume- burned my eyes Water pressure was a joke, I actually likely used more water taking the shower than if there was more water pressure.

First night we arrived and got to the room. Relaxing in the room and started hearing doors slam and elevator motor running. This went on until 11:00 pm. Then started up at 5:00 pm the next morning. We were on the ground floor next to stair well, elevator and exit to out side. Terrible!

Most hotels in the area were sold out for this date, so we paid more than we normally would to stay at the Sheraton. It is a nice hotel in a nice area and is very close to LegoLand. We were not too happy to find out that they charge for parking. Not just valet service, but for self parking. We arrived late in the evening and we were directed to park under our building, but there were no parking spaces and it was not clear where else we could park. We finally found what we thought was a self park spot, then had to haul everything to our room. There were no luggage carts to be found anywhere. It also costs extra to access the internet. If I am paying this much for a hotel room, I expect the internet, parking and breakfast to be included. It simply wasn't worth paying nearly double to stay here and then get charged extra for parking and internet access.

Everything was very nice. The shuttle service was great. Every driver we had was friendly and very helpful. They were awesome.

We booked this hotel thinking it's just a walk out the building and through the gates into Legoland. Well, it turns out the hotel has a huge expanse of multiple clusters of buildings, and even with our stroller, it was a far walk with our 1 year old and 4 year old. We had to walk from our building to the main building, and from there, across a large parking lot, and the connecting lots are not at the same levels, so we have to zig zag down the not so well-made steep slope for handicap/strollers, more walking, and finally to the small gate that connects to that castle/fort play area. It was a bit of a hike. Last time, we stayed at the Grand Pacific Palisades Hotel that doesn't necessarily have a connecting gate, but is a shorter walk to the Legoland main gate. They had a much nicer property, restaurant, nice pools, and better value.

On a hill set apart from others. Friendly staff with a great restaurant and a lovely pool area.

I took my daughter to LEGOLAND for her 7th birthday, and we stayed at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The service was excellent and the rooms were really nice. On Saturday evening, there was a pool party, BBQ, movie night for families. We had a wonderful time, and will be back next year!

We were in town for the Jazz Festival that was held at La Costa Resort. The location was great and hotel was nice and clean. We only stayed one night, but I would recommend to anyone to stay there if they are in town.

Room was great and comfortable and maid service excellent. Hallway carpet was soiled in many locations. Made for poor impression. Experience in restaurant was very odd: we were told that service in the patio was over (it was about 10:30 PM) but we could get drinks at bar and carry them to the patio. Then a party of 4 was shown to an adjoining table and served food and drinks. No explanation provided.

The hotel was fantastic. The dining options were overpriced and less than satisfying.

This hotel was not very accommodating for those of us that travel frequently on business. The parking is way below away from the rooms when the whole valet lot next to the rooms is open. Late check out was not accepted and the front staff seemed bothered by any special request. Would not recommend it.

This is a great place to stay with all the best amenities, views of the Pacific ocean and near great places to play. The dining experience is great indoor and outdoor. Food is fresh and california creative. The bar has just the right ambiance. We loved the gym, it is open 24/7 that i a treat! Romantic seeting at the pool and hot tub.

Great place to stay for family with legoland right across and the flower fields and shopping mall closeby great location. Staff was one of the best I've encountered.

Great for a family with legoland just steps away and the views you have wether it's a patio or balcony. Not far from many other attractions and shopping. Staff was above what I expected and really friendly.

The location is beautiful! Right across from LegoLand and the scenery is beautiful.. Beware though, there's no smoking ANYWHERE in this place. The staff was okay. I can't say they were very accommodating OR very nice at all. Although this place is very beautiful you will definitely be paying more for it other than what you pay to reserve at this hotel. The restaurant is very good and very expensive. I gave it two stars for not getting that "welcome" or hospitable feeling that you're supposed to get when you go to hotels. I've been to motels that seemed more accommodating than this place..

Our enperience was fantastic.Dinner was good. The pool and jacuzzi very good

Exterior and location were nice. Waiting to be helped at the front desk was a bit long. Room was ordinary and even somewhat dated. Still haven't recieved my final bill. Asked for one from the front desk and was given another rooms. Didn't realize until I was on the road already. Not worth the cost of the room.

My husband and I stayed one night for a short weekend get away. We had a great time, the hotel staff was really nice and upgraded our room at no charge. We loved the 24 hour pool and hot tub. Also the gym was great. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay. Will definitely stay here bagain
