A good, clean and convenient hotel
The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is amazing being that it’s right in front of the beach. The parking is super convenient and close. The mini fridge and microwave were a nice extra. Big showers. Will definitely be staying here again.
Exterior door was not sealed tight and had a whole in it that was slightly patched from outside. Bathroom door didn’t come within 6 inches of closing. Closet sealing was caving in. View was nice.
When I checked in I was told that my room would not have air conditioning. Now I had called earlier that week to assure that my room would be air conditioned and I was told that all 54 rooms with air condition. When I arrived I was told my room was already assigned and that the air conditioner didn't work and that they would switch me to a different room the next day. After pressing them they offered a $40 rate reduction for no air conditioning, that hardly seemed like enough. After more protest they offered me a room at their sister hotel for an air conditioned room at the same price. The experience was very unpleasant and the manager seemed very unwilling and slow to accommodate me their customer for something that they had promised and couldn't deliver. I will say the location is great and the room at the sister hotel was clean and comfortable and was adequate for what we needed for our short vacation.

Our room was very disappointing - nothing like the photos online. Not enough towels, parts of the bathroom falling apart, lots of dust and grime.
Very close to the beach and walkable to shopping and food. Pleasant staff and cozy room.
We were for 3 nights, me and my family. Very nice place. Area is good and the beach is 5 min away. I would recommend it.

Walking distance to beach, the beds were so comfortable, room was a little dated, not bad. Beware of the latch on door, it would close and could not open door.. no continental breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly. Oh, and you needed to go to another property down the street to register and get key.

Inside pleasant updates but room 68 needs new moldings in bathroom looks like dog ruined and front door needs fixing! Leaks air n windows very dirty outside and inside trac dirty! Carpet needs cleaning! Otherwise, nice place to stay!
TV was limited to one channel. No one was available after 4pm via phone. Vending machine ate my $7.00 dollar. Other than that, it was good. Beach was in a walking distance
The property was close to the beach access. But the overall appearance of Pacific Shores does not look anything like the pictures shown. Very run down and dingy. But luckily we only really slept and did not spend alot of time in the room.

We are redoing our rooms inhouse and should be completely done by the summer season. The issue with the bathroom door was repeaired and we always thank our guests for letting us know about any issues. I am very sorry for the a/c issue and are very happy to see we were able to offer you a room at one of our sister properties. My staff has been informed to always welcome these changes if there are no other options. I am very sorry if they seemed hesitant, but this has and will always be one of our best resolves.
