The parking was very full due to labor day weekend, so I had to park down the street. I feel the hotel should refund the parking fee when the lot is full...

Nice hotel to stay if you need to keep a budget. Room was clean but bunk bed was really not good flimsy feel. Small space for a suite.

The hotel was not clean, the jacuzzi had a lot of algae and was foamy and cloudy, the parking was so narrow that I worried about being able to get out of the spot once I parked. We had a family suite with bunk beds. Nice for the kids but there was nowhere to sit in the evening. Disappointing overall experience.

They were awesome from the moment we showed up, all the way through the end of our stay. They went out of their way to accommodate special circumstances & requests. Every member of their team was wonderful, but Ray, Leslie, and Brandon were top notch!

Older hotel - could use some renovating to upgrade carpeting and touch-up painting. Could also add more washers and dryers. Breakfast item selection was excellent. Overall, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I really enjoyed the comfortable beds, i liked how the duel rooms had AC The pool was nice, But the Jacuzzi was not working :( the continental BREAKFAST was very good.

Very close to many shopping malls and the beaches. You do have to pay for parking at the hotel

The tv didn't work the fridge didn't work there were roaches in the room and when I told the staff they gave me an excuse about roaches in the bushes like that matters.

Jacuzzi was so filthy you couldn't see your feet with mold on the side tiles. Family suite was far from a suite.

I have stayed a this hotel the last few times I have vacationed in San Diego. So far so good. This past stay, at check in the young girl was having trouble with the system and was overwhelmed with the customers in front of her.

Hotel wasn't clean. The suite didn't have a door to the other room. And they charge $10 a night for parking. Which was not publicized before arrival.

I was only at this hotel for a short time but the beds were very comfortable.

we only slept there so-- it was ok-- not the cleanest-

Very noisy air conditioner. Our friends were staying longer and they chose to leave the hotel to stay at a neighboring one for the duration of their trip because of the noise. Breakfast was nice.

The staff was friendly. The locatiin is great, very near the mall and lots of restuarants. We were given a room far away from the freeway and we slept well. Will defintely book here again when we return to SD.
