Because I had a dog with me, I was placed in the pet section rooms. The room had a very awkward and unpleasant smell. Also there was no Kleenex in the box. For the price, I think the room could be better.

Comfortable and clean hotel with ample parking. Close to Zoo and SeaWorld. Many restaurants around to eat.

Great customer service.jeff was super helpful evn though he could not find our reservation in the syatem.

Other than our AC not working perfectly (very noisy) our room was great.

The room was clean & comfortable. The staff were accommodating & extremely helpful.

Very nicely kept hotel in a good location. The staff was very friendly/helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others and stay again myself.

Not the fanciest place to stay and not super walkable. But if you have a car and need a clean, basic place to stay near San Diego hot spots--then this would work!

The staff was nice, rooms were clean. Free breakfast and close to the sites. Overall pretty good.

Old hotel, clean rooms, for what we paid expected a view.

First of all, they had one of the best free breakfasts around. Great selection and variety. The rooms were very clean and up to date. Spacious and with all of the necessary conveniences. Driving to the hotel is interesting as it is not intuitive. Not particullarly difficult after you figure out the connections. They did have trouble with their elevators a couple of times but the housekeepers helped us with our biggest bag. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Good stay, i will be back if I ever go to San Diego again.

When we pulled up, I thought to myself what have I done? It doesn't look impressive, almost looks like a dive. But when we got inside I felt better. It is obviously an older hotel that has had the rooms remodeled. They are nicely remodeled so no complaints there. It is tough to get to, that seems to be a trademark of the area, since my navigation has gotten me lost twice in this area. Breakfast was not impressive, sorry. Maybe I'm spoiled, but the quality and variety seemed a little lacking. Rooms only provide soap and conditioning shampoo, no conditioner not even by request at the front desk so come prepared. However even with what looked like a girl's soccer team staying there, it was very quiet and a good night's sleep was had so it served its purpose.

it really comes down to when we return... matched all we required. breakfast couldve went on a little later till 10. it is somewhat central, 20 min max from airport, convenient for us... hope you like it too

Super hotel for traveling fór my family parking car very good, pool is fine.

The room is good for the price and seems to be recently renovated, but a few issues. Excessive noise from nearby freeway and road. I am half deaf and had trouble sleeping even after 11pm. Rooms need some serious soundproofing. Had to use a shoe on a Roach.. need I say more?

The hotel was a great option for a quick visit to SD. It was close enough to Mission Beach/Bay and downtown/gaslamp without paying the same prices as staying right in those areas. The free parking and wi-fi was a huge plus. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. The beds were not super comfortable, in my opinion, but, again, was OK for a quick trip in to town.

This place is a little difficult to get to. There is no enterance sign from the street but you can the hotel. Nice rooms. Microwave and fridge. Cute interior decor. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Get there early or it might be all gone. The biscuits and gravy were awesome! I would definitely stay there again.

Price was nice, but it was dirty and stinky. I thought I read somewhere it was in walking distance to the beach, and it is not. Its also in a bit of a strange location in an industrial area. Pool area was nice and clean, surprisingly.

Spent the weekend here. Great price and convienient location outside San Diego and pacific beach. 10 min drive to either spot. Not many restaurants around this area, but the price was right. No problems with hotel itself. Microwave, fridge in room. Good continental breakfast from 7-10 each morning. Coffee served most of day too!!

The hotel was satisfactory. We did not spend a lot of time there but enjoyed the breakfast buffet then were on the road. Staff were very friendly. It fit my budget for this trip.

I will definatley Not be returning ! - dirty room white stains! - wasnt provided witn a mew clean bedding wheni asked for one - hot hall ways -paper thin walls were you can hear everything going on next door - no creamer for cofee - bad odor -not a very nice pool
