In the pictures the room was adorable. But when we got here the clerk asked us for $10 cash. We asked him for what and he wouldnt tell us, and still charged me the full amount plus extra for one night. Then once we got the room it was depressing and sadly we hadto deal with roaches in the room as well!!! The walls were dirty, and curtains were ripped and had tape. The fridge wasnt working and you had to tape the microwave closed to keep the door shut. The black tape was even provided! So we paid over $80 for a depressing room.

As soon as I pulled in you could see the building yelling rentovation needed.this place looks nothing like the preview pictures on the website.when you first get to the check in window (outside) there's no guest services it's like a carnival ticket booth with a printed picture of a police man that reads we work with the law enforcement along with do not and everything listed is about illegal drug activity and prostitution prohibited... Was told after ringing a bell twice to wait by a much older lady that clearly didn't work there or know how to check me in... I waited almost 15 mins then rang bell again to be questioned by a old man "why are you here?" Asked if I booked thru Expedia... I felt like I wasn't wanted there and inconvenience to whatever he was doing elsewhere (no lobby waiting area or travel booth) was told I didn't need the room I booked and given a room with one bed not two and then a house key given.. no free internet and no visitors of the checked in guest... When I walked into the room I wanted to walk back out .. smelled like a old Ash tray with water damage black mold and a bed that was in need of replacement but after u had the whole room gutted and closed for ever... I am very disappointed with why u have this hotel in your available 2star category on the website.. This place doesn't even deserve to be open for patial business. I stayed at a totally different location with one bag left there when I came back lifted the bag full size roaches ran. Gros

As soon as I got their my room was not available. It was false advertisement online hotel does not have spa rooms. They refused to give me my money back manager got really defensive I was threatened for my safety she was yellling and very aggressive I wouldn never recommend this hotel to anymore!!

Booked the room for Comic Con and got a great price. The room itself was alright. As soon as we went in, there was a roach on my bed. Didn't feel the need to make a fuzz considering we were tired. We did not see any more critters during our stay.

Room was full on smoke to the point 12hours after leaving the place, the clothes in our suitcase smelled horrible. No hot water in the shower. Was pretty much told I was wrong when I reported this. Pubic hair in the bath tub.
