The staff and hotel were wonderful and in a great location. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice and centrally located , staff was very helpful , gym is excellent but small. City views are gorgeous , room is small and in need of a terrace . Overall my stay was enjoyable . For the price it’s a deal .

Good location, decent rooms, terrible valet and valet staff, overpriced for the caliber of the hotel

Be aware of that there’s no self parking at the hotel. Valet parking available at the front door which charge $47. Closest indoor parking is 3 blocks away charge $15. Not feel comfortable walking 3 blocks during midnight in a strange city. Rather to choose other hotels that has parking. WiFi is super S~L~O~W~

Overall experience at Hotel Indigo was great! Views were great, room was very nice and clean. They even offered a complimentary refrigerator. Check-in staff recommended great food places as well.

*Staff was friendly, helped with recommendations on where to eat. *We were out of the hotel all day the 2nd day of the trip, but our room had not been cleaned by the time we returned in the evening. *Detachable hand held shower head would not stay in place, kept falling down, hit me 2x. Called the front desk and they were able to move us to a new room immediately. Shower head was starting to come off the wall in room 2, but did manage to stay in place. *Great location

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. However, walls are thin, noise level from adjacent room high if people are talking, moving around.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days with our little dog and it was great! We are originally from the San Diego area but we're back in town for some wedding planning and wanted to be able to bring our dog, Luna. The staff was so welcoming, which is a huge change from most other establishments. The 9th floor bar also welcomed dogs which was great. There was a dog friendly brewery across the street, and petco park where Luna could use the restroom. They even brought up a mini fridge on request since we needed to keep our dogs medication refrigerated. Although the hotel was dog friendly, it was very clean. My only complaint would be the beds, which were rock hard. We had such a great experience with our dog here that we are considering staying at the Indigo in Del Mar for our wedding week.

Hotel Indigo exceeded my expectations. Our room was big and really nice with wood floors, the restroom was just perfect and we had a large window with a view of Petco Park. Hotel Indigo is also a pet friendly hotel. Valet can be a bit slow.

The room is well decorated. Looks great which why it was so disappointing to sleep on a cheap quality mattress. The bed would go all the way down when you sit on it and I could hear the springs. Something you'd buy at a second hand store. I had to sleep on the other side of it to get a more firm area. The receptionist where very inexperienced and could not help me when I complained. Way overpriced.

I was delayed for 5 hours but one phone call to Amanda and she held my room

I was in town for the week at a trade show at the convention center. The hotel is walking distance to the convention center and all the restaurants. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the experience was very good. I would stay there again

Super convenient and affordable, nice hotel. Staff was awesome, especially Sergio, giving us parking advice and restaurant advice. Very much appreciated. Good vibe in the whole place.

Hotel was very pricy, but understandably so.... It was in the middle of Gas Lamp Quarter where all the clubs and bars are. Great view of the Padres baseball stadium from the roof top as well. Employees are nice and respectful. My one suggestion is the valet, one guy working at once makes a long wait for your vehicle.

Had work in the area, my wife and I flew out early and spent the weekend in San Diego. The hotel is on the southern end of the Gas Lamp district, in the shadow of the Padres' stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful. The outdoor bar on the 9th floor was fun. We were in easy walking distance to the Gas Lamp district which offers numerous restaurants, and live music. On Saturday we walked to the marina and toured the USS Midway museum. Valet parking is available, but is expensive, $42/day. Our room was clean and most adequate, but not special. The bed was comfortable.

Wanted to try Hotel Indigo and this one came up with a terrific price in a great location (easy access to conference center) during a business convention. A solid bargain and desk clerks were very helpful and overall nice friendly staff that made us feel appreciated. Rooms clean and nicely done. WiFi could stand to be a little faster (but then true with most places.)
