This hotel was very clean and close to many restaurants. Thanks to Rawnak, the guy at the front desk, who was very diligent in finding a room for us when we arrived because our room wasn’t ready. He was very attentive and nice.
On-site manager added $15 service fee when I arrived for check-in, eliminating any so-called Orbitz "discount". Deceptive exploitation.
WIFI did not work and staff not friendly to .help. Cash charge of $5.50 USD for some charge of parking and key charge. I did not even have a car to park

I have traveled to many developing countries and can put up with a lot, including what Aqua Mar threw at me: burping or absent receptionists, cockroaches, no pillowcases, dirty sheets... I wouldn't complain if it were $20, but it's just unbelievable that it cost almost $150 a night.
it was fair for the price. the room was small and limited parking. Check in was fast. I like that it is close to everything.

The proximity to Fisherman's Wharf was great. The property was dirty and rundown. The foldout couch was heavily stained and dirty. The shower did not work, the furniture was ripped. Never had towels (which were size of hand towels.} Do not recommend.
The water pressure was terrible, so it made showering a little difficult. No hangers provided for clothing. Overall the hotel room is small but cute for a quick getaway.
