Our stay at this hotel was great, we stayed for a week while visiting the San Diego and surrounding areas. Close to the airport and lots of amenities. The hotel staff was very friendly, our room was clean. They have a wonderful convenient little restaurant attached for breakfast and a bar with great food in the evenings. The area felt safe and comfortable to come and go. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great, affordable place to stay!

I enjoyed the gym and playing golf on the putting green.

I enjoyed how clean my room was and the service of the hotel staff.

Good for what we needed. Close to parks. Nice rooms.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and there was a nice view from my room of the boat docks and alot of boats, but the Receptionist that I had when I came threw the door reminded me of a young person who did not know how to be courteous and myself and my Son who was dropping me off there thought the same. If I had to be greeted by the same person I would not go to this Hotel again but the conditions of the Hotel were average and seemed clean.

First room, internet didn't work. Front desk didn't know why. Tech support didn't know why. Told me to wait 30 minutes and try again. Waited 60 and it was still broken. Called the front desk and they moved me to a new room. At 1030pm, after I'd fallen asleep, there was a banging at my door by someone yelling "maintenance." Since I didn't call maintenance I assumed it was the room next door. However, after several more bangs on the door I called the front desk and told them I had not called maintenance. At 830am the next day, I inquired about the airport shuttle, which I was told didn't start until 9am. No problem, my flight is at 1pm. At 1030am I called for an 11am ride and was then told the shuttle didn't start until 12pm. At that time, I recited the list of grievances for this stay and asked the front desk to process a refund, all he said was, "I'll see what I can do." It's been over a week and no one has contacted me about a refund though I have contacted them through multiple channels.

I had a major with another hotel that I had booked, cancelled that and booked with Holiday Inn and it was the best decision I could have made the restaurants attached to this hotel are also amazing, right near the harbor also. Would recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone.

We just needed a place for a single night for the family of 4 (2 under the age of 5). Very comfortable and clean.. the pool was gated and secure also the patio bar was open with comfortable lounge seating, free shuffle board, corn hole, and putting greens. Happy hour menu and food exceed expectations. We stayed over a Monday night so the staff seemed experienced and relaxed. Lastly,

The pictures looked better than the actual room we got. We got a room in a dark outdoor hall way which was also next to a busy street. Didn't feel too safe, room was clean but I would advice you to avoid room in this location ( feels like a motel). Room 132 is what we got.

The Hotel was very nice and clean. I just didn't like the fact that I could hear the cars speeding by. Other than that everything was good.

We loved staying here for Thanksgiving. It was easy to get to restaurants we had reservations for and also for our day at the zoo.

The room wasn't terrible, but it kinda smelled funny. The wall paper seems were coming undon and you could see a little black mold around the air condition ducts. The staff was nice and the location was great. Real close the the airport and a short drive from downtown. I would stay again but maybe next time I'd ask to stay in one of the newer hotel buildings they had

room too small for five. staff not very friendly. definitely not going back.

Our overnight stay at San Diego Bayside on our way to Sea World was a quiet place to spend the night. The room was spacious, clean and inviting. Updated decor throughout the room & bath. We found the staff friendly and very helpful. The grandkids enjoyed a swim in the pool before turning in for the night. We will return and plan on staying for a longer time.

Needed to stop for a second flight and this hotel was perfect. Easy shuttle from airport, nice walking around the water with view of the skyline, great breakfast at the restaurant, friendly people and our 1 bedroom was perfect for our family of 5.

Awesome experience. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

The staff was exceptional friendly, helpful. The rooms were very spread out and you have to walk miles.

Had problems with the phone and cable. a repairman was sent right away to fix the problem. Fast courteous service.

I was displeased with the Blood on Tile floors and Blood Stain on Carpet. Manager did move me to another room and refunded my one night room cost. However, I feel that the room should have never been sold/rented with the room in this condition.

Our stay was very pleasant. Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. Room had a good size. You need a car to get to places from the hotel, but it is close to many San Diego attractions. We didn't eat in the hotel. We had a contact only with a front desk and they were nice. It was not glamourous hotel but it served a purpose well.
