Had a great time. Nice hot tubs and pool. Fire rings in pool area and bad were cool!

Hotel location is great. Easy to get to many popular attractions from hotel. Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are little old and dated. Need more USB/ outlets in rooms to charge mutiple divices.

Hotel is ok,housekeeping is the best, stuff is nice just did not like the food options, restaurant in the hotel sucks,it is filthy, expensive ,small portions, tastes gross. If you eat there you will spend lots of money for a crappy food and will look for anything else right after just to eat something being still hungry. yack, yack, yack, real manager will shut this barn down.

Place is run down need to clean and paint and update basics could be really nice has a lot of potential in a great location just not well maintained we will not go back

Loved the location. Kid friendly. Prompt room service and fast response to any room situation.

My family was excited to stay at this hotel. But after we got our room. It was not what we thought it would be for a villa. We only could enjoy the swimming pool for a few hours until someone had went to the restroom in the pool. It was my Father's Day weekend with my family and check out Sunday. For the money I spend to stay there for 1 day was not worth it and will not stay there again.

My husband and I came on our babymoon and had a great experience. We definitely plan on coming back with our baby. We stayed in a villa and loved the spacious room, walk out patio and view of the bay. The grounds were beautiful and loved that the water and beach were right there. The pool was nice as well. The location is super convenient being right off the freeway but not so close that you could hear the noise. 10 mins to downtown San Diego, 20 mins to Coronado and 10 mins to La Jolla. A downfall was that we could definitely hear our above neighbors walking around and our next door neighbor's when they were talking loudly. It wasn't enough to keep us awake or ruin our experience but definitely wished it was insulated a bit better. Also, parking was a bit tough if you came back later at night. For $38/night I would expect to be able to park closer to our room and not have to walk across the resort. May have just been because it was crowded due to Memorial Day but something they should consider.

Gordon the concierge knows everyone in the area in more importantly they know him He can get the best tables and reservations at the best restaurants The same day you want to dine

This is a great hotel located on the beach (bay side) with lots of services and amenities. Would have gotten a 5 overall, but make sure to read the fine print. $30 daily resort fee, $38 daily parking fee (really....this is ridiculous for the area), and a 3.5% service charge on all resort purchases.....Hilton c'mon...there was a sign in the restaurant saying this was to cover the rise in minimum wage.....WHAT A JOKE!!!!. Dinner for four at the restaurant including 3 drinks was $158 except tip....Dinner was good, but would only fill a 100 lbs woman....and at that price you couldn't cover the rise in minimum wage....the result...a reduction in tip....only hurting your employees who worked their a** off.

Nice hotel overall. $38 dollars a night tho, for parking your car, on top of a daily $30 dollar resort fee, is ridiculous.

Nice facilities, dated rooms. Old construction with thin floors.

hard to find the Room at the check in there are different buildings and at night the were just difficult to find the signs of the name of the buildings

Restaurant was not kid friendly and it was expensive. Continental breakfast only good for honor members.

Couldn't relax at pool it was always too crowded. Had nice breeze off of Bay. Excellent location to attractions. I would stay here again just wish they had more pools.

Room 515, Villa with King size bed, had a mildew odor and the air conditioning vents were black. The vents were dirty or moldy. I was switched to another room and management gave me a credit. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My teenage son and I had a great time enjoying your resort. My son used the basketball court. I loved the location so close to the bay. I enjoyed walking the bay, and we rented bikes to ride around the bay. We even rented a couple of different types of boats at the marina, and we had a fantastic time exploring the bay by water. The pool is beautiful, and the staff was incredibly helpful!

Poor ventilation in the first room we had. After switching to a different room the ventilation was better. In the second room we spotted two cockroaches, one shortly after moving in and one the day we left. Smallish rooms. Things just felt a little shabby: frayed edges on the carpets, drawers on the dressers that wouldn't stay shut, two small hooks for hand/bath towels, etc.

The hotel was very nice; however the concierge service provided by Gordon Berry was top notch. My wife and I have traveled all over the world, but he had to be the best concierge we have ever met. Also, April at check-in and check-out provided excellent customers service. The hotel location is close to everything and right on the beach. The room and food was excellent. I will definitely stay here again and next time bring more family members for a large family trip. Thank you Hilton staff!

The hotel was in a great location close to the freeway and on Mission Bay very close to Sea World. It was also a quick ride to get to Mission Beach. Fantastic facilities and a great restaurant and bar with excellent staff. Fiesta Island is also right across from the hotel and is a very nice drive place to visit.

Disappointed with the cleaning of the room. Parking fees and other fees on top of the booking was a surprise. Will not stay there again.
