nice hotel, great location and service. Around hotel plenty nice restaurants and attractions.

After cancelled flights and traveling all night, I arrived at the hotel late morning and asked if I could check in early. They had a room ready and let me check in right away! The bed was comfortable, black out curtains worked, and it was quiet! I spent two nights here and enjoyed the location. You can walk downtown and cut through the convention center to catch the ferry to Coronado. Other public transportation is accessible nearby.

Great overall experience. The staff is the strength of the hotel. Our room was bit dusty other than that, things were great!

Carlos was exceptional. Brian #1 & Brian #2 were great.

When we checked into our room, the air conditioner started making noise and a repairman came to fix it. I then went to get on the internet to find out that I had to pay for Wifi. There was bottles of water for purchase, a meer $5.00 a bottle, with a tag on it that said, "Stay Hydrated". The same water is cheaper in town. Lastly, the breakfast had to be paid for, where most hotels offer a continental breakfast.

It was a great stay and my room was gorgeous and had an amazing view! I would def stay there again and make sure to tell my friends to stay there too.

The pool and hard rock hotel view was nice. Stayed on the 6th floor. Valet parking was ok, over priced. There was a security gate to protect the cars at night. Gym was small. Breakfast over priced compared to other Hilton hotels.

We arrived at the hotel and checked in. The greeting staff was great. Once in our room, we immediately smelled the scent of marijuana as if just smoked in. Went back downstairs and we were issued a new room. The new room was way bigger and faced the convention center. Was a good room just needed a little tlc. The bathtub drain was rusted out the walls of the room were extremely dirty. But the room it self was in a great location with views. I would stay here again maybe if the nightly rate was cheaper.

Excellent location close to convention center, ballpark and dining. Easy to and from the airport.

It was a bad experience the room was not clean people where not nice at all I will not recommend this hotel for anyone

Hotel is close to food and entertainment. Wish there was late night dining or food shop. Overall pleasant stay with a baby.

Staff was amazing and cleanliness of the room was up to par . The view was very modern looking and a great overall experience

I booked this hotel due to it having a suite so my daughter could sleep on the sofa bed. when you enter the hotel it looks really clean and up to date. Once I opened the door to the room, I was disappointed. The room was not vacuumed, the tub was outdated and the drain did not work well. One of the cabinets was full of empty beer bottles. It was apparent that the room was not cleaned. The staff was willing to work with us and offered breakfast vouchers however, the room still was not thoroughly cleaned. AND the parking is $45 a night. Parking garage around the corner charged $15, a bit ridiculous.

I was in San Diego on business -- searching for venues for a November reception and VIP dinner. The hotel location was great for getting around and I found what I was looking for. Super friendly staff. Clean, quiet hotel. Fun bar with quaint outside seating. Only beef: I tried to comply with the hotel's Green policy by leaving my towel on the rack...housekeeping took it anyway. If you have a policy, require staff to follow it.

Hotel room exceeded my expectations with such a clean, big room. Staff were friendly.

The worst trip ever, I got at the hotel and I couldn't check in because they didn't have me in the system even I paid to O....z for my stay.

Hotel was very central and close to the stadium. The staff was friendly and even accommodated our early arrival to the hotel (1pm/ check-in is normally 3pm). The room was simple and clean love that the room over looked the green space on the side. Lots of dogs out there playing. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The best thing about the hotel is the location to gaslamp and Petco Park. I will say that valet was extremely steep -$45- seeing that we were staying at the facility. Highway robbery.

Everything from checking in to the friendly staff was perfect. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to plenty of restaurants and attractions. Nice clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again.
