Our 4 years old daughter kept saying Hyatt House. It was her first time in San Diego. But she just loves to stay at the hotel and didn’t want to go anywhere. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
Very nice hotel, staff friendly, our room spacious, beautiful and clean location. Not much one can ask more.
Enjoyed our stay, great breakfast and within half an hour of everything we wanted to do (zoo, Legoland, Safari Park).
It was very clean and the staff were very nice
The location was off the beaten path. No one to help with my bags. No little extras like a pad and pen in the desk. The coffee in the room was decaf.

Room could have been cleaner. Seems like it’s been a while since it was properly vacuumed or mopped, corners were dirty. We have a baby so this is important for us. When we arrived as soon as we walked in the building had an odd smell, not pleasant at all. Breakfast was nothing special consisting of uncrustables, yogurt and cereal. We didn’t understand why they couldn’t serve regular breakfast when others hotels are. It seems like their high rating gave us high expectations that weren’t meant. Don’t think we would stay here again.
