Hotel was close to legoland, beach and many restaurants.

I was concerned that this hotel was really designed for families headed to Legoland. I didn't know if it would be quiet, comfortable and cozy. No need to doubt! Yes, there were families but we didn't see or hear them until we went down for the free breakfast (yes, free hot and cold breakfast). The bed was comfortable, the small kitchen was great (although a skillet would have been nice) and the suite accommodations more than adequate. It was a quick getaway but we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the staff, the location close to good vegan eats and the highway, and the room.

Fine not enough ADA rooms . Hotel did its best .xxxxxxxxxxxxx. Cxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, comfortable, clean, good breakfast selections and very close to Legoland

This place was totally awesome. The room felt more like a home than a hotel. Staff was very professional. Room was very clean. Check in and check out was very simple. Free breakfast in the mornings were great! Not sure what else you can ask for. It felt more like a home because you get a stove, oven/microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, large refrigerator, dish washer, cups, mugs, dishes, silver ware, can opener, cheese grater, and everything else you can think of. Basically, you get a full kitchen. Breakfast is included and had enough items. There is an omlette station, scrambled eggs, sausage or ham, potatoes, waffle maker, toast, bagles, donuts, all types of cereals, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, cream, etc.... Overall, we were happy with our stay. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to this area!

Very spacious room. I slept like a baby! A really nice hotel to stay in...

Great location for Legoland. Staff was super helpful with any questions.

The room was small in sq feet for the money paid. The bathroom has no lock in it so difficult to have privacy while bathing or in the shower.

The hotel is very clean; staff is very accommodating and friendly. It is less than a mile far from Legoland. Very close to the coast and just a mile away from the Carlsbad Village - a nice place with restaurants and boutique shops. They have a free shuttle to and from Legoland. We checked out and they still allowed us to use their shuttle service. The breakfast was not great, but you can't expect more from a hotel breakfast. Standard things like omlet, sausages, toasts, etc.

We stay at this hotel 3-4 times a year and always have a p,easing stay. The rooms have a small kitchen so we can bring in some food and drinks to keep in the room. Full frig, not a mini one. We had an issue with our A/C on a Friday. The maintenance man tried to fix it but was unable to. He tried to get us moved to another room but the hotel was full. They had someone leaving right next to our room the next so planned to move us ther on Saturday. Maintenance is off on weekends, but when we stopped at the hotel Saturday afternoon to move our things we found that the maintenance man had come in and put in a brand new A/C unit. He said he didn't want to see us unhappy and that he wanted to be sure we had a pleasant stay. What a great surprise to us. The new unit worked great and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The care and concern shown to us by this man was truly a comfort. I told my husband that they should make him the manager. He is definitely a great asset to their organization. We will be back again enjoying their great breakfast buffet that included made to order omelette. Great selection of other breakfast foods also.

Hotel was in a good location. Also well maintained. Good value for the money.

We had a great time staying at the Hyatt House San Diego/Carsbad. Complimentary Breakfast and Happy Hour were both great. The staff are really nice and had treated us well. The room was nice and spacious.

My family and I were very happy with the hotel experience. We went to Legoland one day and to the Water park the next day. Since we were very tired the hotel made a great difference since we felt welcomed and were able to rest. Since we plan on going to Legoland in the future we definitely will stay at this hotel or similar name.

close to ocean. close to LEGOLAND. nice stay. close to freeway. easy on easy off. nice restaurants around.

Great location if you are taking your family to Legoland. It's so close, 5 minute shuttle ride and the staff is great getting you to and from the park. The room was perfect for my husband an I and our 2 kids. The couch in the room was perfect for 2 little ones to sleep on. Would return.

We were very impressed with the hotel and it's location . The perfect distance from Legoland and although we didn't use the shuttle service it's a perk for those who do use it. My only disappointment was the eating area at breakfast time there was no seating inside nor outside and lots of people were taking their food back to their room . Also breakfast wasn't even half way done when they ran out of egg whites and the juices were empty most of the time and there was only one gentleman replenishing the food and one lady making the omlettes .

Fantastic! Amazing value for money, great food, spacious comfortable rooms. Functional kitchen with dishwasher and full size fridge. Can get a little noisy on patio/pool area (trains). Shuttle service to and from Legoland. Exceeded expectations for this trip. Great for families.

Stayed here for a Legoland trip. The room was very comfortable and clean. A very good value. We got a room w/ a kitchenette. A shuttle is offered, but we drove b/c we wanted the flexibility. The breakfast is well done, definitely a cut above Holiday Inn Express. Only minor complaint is the refrigerator is a bit noisy.

Great location, clean with large well equipt rooms. very nice and helpful staff.

The hotel is close to Legoland where we intended to go in the first place but its near some rail tracks so not extremely happy about this. The room was big and very comfy. The staff was so nice and always willing to help. Pool is not so clean nor warm but its ok. Nothing else to do here though
