Good location but I stayed at the 14 floor at an old room that need renovation!

Valet staff was less than attentive. Paid parking a block away. Valet service $$, or on street parking.

When I entered the hotel building, everything looked fantastic. The cleanliness of the lobby is quite amazing and the staff was friendly. The only problem was the 37 dollar required valet parking. It was at a disadvantage that I had to pay for more including the room as well. Other than that, I would love to book in earlier to get deals and plan accordingly to a trip to San Diego.

The hotel perfect the staff is lovely unfortunately NO shuttle 100 $ deposit without reason tried to pay cash they refused

Beds were a bit small but other than that it was good.

The staff at four points make up for the fact that it's kind of outdated and in a shoddy location. I wanted to hate this hotel but, the staff are amazing- every single person ( with the exception of the parking attendant) was above and beyond friendly and helpful, parking is over 30 bucks a night and we could not even park for one second to load our bags. Even though we did not park at the hotel - we parked on the street - the hotel tried to charge us.

We had a king size bed with a corner room. Very nice view! The refrigerator was convenient. There are several good restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast we paid extra for with the room was basic continental breakfast, not a very good one at that. The air conditioning or heater ran constitly.

Ordered breakfast opposed to eating the undercooked Buffett thought it would be better. Specifically asked for the breakfast sausage to be well done it was still cold when brought to our table. The 32 dollar a night valet service would have been worth it if my wife's car didn't get returned with giant scratches on the hood.

The hotel met my expectations and I would definitely stay there again

This hotel has an amazing bartender named Sergio who is funny, attentive and kind. Even after I spilled my drink, he gave me a new one. And then, when there was no chef in the kitchen, he even cooked out fries!!! Plus, the front desk gave me 2 free drink tickets at check-in. Ok, so the room is a little small, but for the price, this place is fantastic! And when I had a problem with the hot water (which turned out to be my fault) the manager, Skylar, was SO nice to be about it! He made me feel like I was so important and right, even though I was actually wrong. I would hire him, if I owned a business. In fact, all the staff in this hotel have been dynamite.

My hotel stay was great. I had a chance to experience downtown San Diego due to its location.

Stayed the night to see a football game the next day. Location is close enough to downtown for a cheap taxi or Uber ride. And close enough to trolley stops and Qualcomm Stadium so you won't have to leave at 8 in the morning. The staff was great, from the front desk, to the bar, and every valet attendant. Willing to go the extra mile. Room was comfortable and air conditioning worked great! Not much of a view being next to the freeway, but we didn't hear anything all night. Drinks and food in the bar and dining room were very good. I would definitely come back.

I was very disappointed with the hotel . I never received a confirmation or reminder. I called the hotel on the day of my trip and they could not find my reservation, finally after a while they found my name with a typo to my name, the person didn' t apologize for the inconvenience. On arrival later that day I ran into the same issue, I told them I had a confirmation from booking co they said that didn't matter because it was not from them. #?#, they claimed I should have received a confirmation from Four Points Sheraton, which I never did.

Hotel is away from the crowds, but close enough to engage in the Downtown San Diego activities. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here next year,

San Diego was planned as a last min trip showed up and was greeted but friendly staff the room was clean the continental breakfast was good. The. Walk to gas lamp was about a 12 minute walk which is not too bad. overall had a good experience at my stay in four points

Cheap hotel but quality is also decent. Very close to the downtown

I have zero complaints about my recent stay. The building is going under a renovation at the moment but I was not bothered by it at all. The parking garage underneath the building has plenty of spots and the 20 dollars extra a night is fair compared to other venues downtown. My room was nice, clean, and had a great view from the 16th floor. They provide a complimentary breakfast and with just a short walk (less than 1 mile) to Gaslamp and little Italy you can't beat the value. Great for a business trip or a couple on vacation. Would definitely go back again.

Hotel was very old and looked like its needs to be remodeled.Bathrooms were small to sum it up I will never ever get a room there they make sherton hotel look bad.

Hotel was ok. I wouldnt stay here again. There was no where to park.

This hotel was great. Close to Downtown bars and restaurants just a short taxi ride away. (you could walk but i would not suggest it if you are with a bunch of girls in heels) Only issue is parking is not that great and there is no jacuzzi.
