Very pleasing stay, check in and checkout was quick and hassle free.Room was clean and comfortable.

Keys were given for rooms that weren't even ready or cleaned. Lots of damage to the rooms and smelt bad.

You can hear a lot of noise from other rooms. The room had an odd smell, like old. Grab and go breakfast, bad.

The hotel room is overpriced. It smelled bad throughout the building and the room was dirty.

beware of slow internet speeds. the normal speed is about 0.5gps download and if you pay for the upgraded wifi the speed jumps to 1.95gps download.

Location for this hotel is excellent. I stayed here for a soccer tournament. Lots of places to eat nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved having a kitchen and the laundry room came in handy. Only complaint that I didn't have hot water one night and the other days it wasn't consistent. I didn't mind it much because it was a hot summer weekend. I will continue to stay here.

This hotel is close yo everything which is awesome! It looked a lot nicer online, I smelt cigarette smoke throughout the building, I was in a no smoking room, but it had an add old smell to it. The chairs had stains on them. The room was overall ok. We just needed a place to sleep and it did the job. I've paid the same and have gotten a much better hotel on the past tho. I don't think I'll be back.

I am glad I had $100 discount for this hotel. I would have been super upset if I had paid full price for it. We only spend one night at this horrible hotel, it smells like cigarettes in the elevator, hallway and the room smell worst. I had my kid who has asthma, had to go to Target in the corner and buy some candies to remove some of the smell. The to go breakfast was over at 9am.

My stay was great. Room was clean. Walls were a bit thin. There was grab and go breakfast. For the price there should have been continental breakfast. I mainly stayed here because of the proximity to highway and pet-friendly hotel. However, for the fur ball to stay it was $25 per night. A bit hefty considering boarding him would have cost me $29 per night at my vet office.

When I booked the room it was fine, unfortunately the carpet was shampooed and was wet which got my bags wet as well as my socks and feet. The only way to air out the musty smell from the shampooed carpets was to spray room air freshener keep my window open and run the ac all nigh , Then I froze.

Air conditioner leeked all night. Woke up to soaked carpet.

The hotel was under construction that time.I was bad luck!

The room was exactly what we needed. It had plenty of space, and was close to the highway and stores. Some negatives would be that they did not take the trash out from under the sink (it was full of beer bottles) and I wish they had an ice machine. There was a full refridgerator and ice trays, but we needed a little more ice than what two trays could give us. Otherwise, the staff were all really nice, and the room was exactly what we needed. This coming up weekend we will keep our reservation at a different Extended Stay, and I think this will be ,my new multi-stay hotel favorite

Liked the room, convenience of a kitchen. AC needed a little maintenance

For the very high price price, the amenities are few such as no kleenex and lousy soap. Rooms are marginally clean. Hallways and interior carpets were filthy. Staff very friendly. Upside is the location.

If you looking for some place to sleep in comfort while you explore the area around you, the Extended Stay America is the spot. Conveniently located near a shopping area and only a few miles from the beach, everything you need is near. If you find you forgot something wal-mart is only a short drive away, and there are plenty of restaurant options near. The Oceanside beach isn't too far away and it's beautiful! The room was clean and the staff were very informative, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has a convenient location. It's close to everything. I stayed there for the Carlsbad Marathon, and it's located so close to the starting line that I jogged there. Hotel rooms may need some renovations, but my stay was peaceful and enjoyable.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. I travel 3 weeks a month for the last twenty yrs so I've seen about everything but!!!! This is the Worst in the World. First I paid 123.00 a night, Then I arrive and see a 59 rate in front of the building. The Staff told me I must change my own linens including sheets. I then see a washer behind the front desk. The place smelled and the carpets had terrible stains. The Bed was also Terrible. This hotel is so cheap they don't even put Shampoo in the bathroom. This is a bare-bones hotel.

Checkin/out ok, room was clean and centrally located for my needs. Good access to major freeway. No pots/pans in room initially, minimal cooking utensils provided, toaster was broken. I was given two pans when I inquired. No dishwasher. Fellow guests were quite except for one of the four nights I was there. Ok for a bare-bones stay but is significantly lacking in kitchen functionality and equipment.

On behalf of the entire team, please accept our sincere apologies for the cleanliness issues you experienced here. We have processes in place to double check each room prior to occupancy by the next guest. We did have a meeting with our housekeeping department and are reviewing the process so that this does not happen again. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves on a future stay. Sincerely, General Manager
