I asked for a Nonsmoking room and got one that smelled like smoke there’s mold in ceiling bathroom clearly it’s overdue for a paint job. Bathroom door jams. Parking is $22.00 per night and almost have to accept that cause there’s no parking anywhere else close by. Doubletree Hilton’s have far better properties than this one do your research. 3 stars is the correct rating

My wife and I stayed 2 nights and the last night someone came into the room at 11:30 PM. The management didn't have a very good explanation for what happened although the key log shows that keys were made the day after we checked in. Overall it was a bad experience. The price we paid was more than $300/night and the room, the personnel, the overall appearance of the hotel was not up to expectations. The manager gave us $100 off, the second night's stay as a good will gesture, gee thanks. I won't be staying at this hotel again and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Ok hotel. Poorly designed parking garage making it difficult for a bigger vehicle to navigate.

We had a room block for a wedding. Upon check in there were AC problems with some of the rooms but were addressed quickly. Overall this was g good place to stay. Convenient to everything. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thanks to all staff!!

We ordered a king sized bed room for two nights. We arrived and was not greeted at all, nobody helped with our heavy luggages. The hotel then overbooked us and gave us a queen size bed room without even noticing us. Upon the realization that the room is not what we ordered, we complained and the receptionist simply said that they overbooked and there's nothing they could do. No apologies, no nothing. The AC in the room was not working, the refrigerator was not cold, the ice machine did not work. They said they would try to fix the AC and if it doesnt work, they would like to move us to a different room, we said yes, but nothing happened and the AC is still broken. The service was apathetic and very cold. It traumatized us from ever using any hilton hotel. Worst hotel experience.

It was a pretty good hotel. For the price I was expecting the quality to be better, furniture is old and ripped.

The staff was not good, we were trying to get a wine opener but no one on the kitchen would answer. We also had a very hard time finding parking, they charge 22$ for parking! In the room I kept getting whiffs of throw up

The hotel over all was fabulous. The room was large and clean. The view was beautiful. The only thing that I have to say that is negative is that we were placed on a floor that had a ton of partying. Both nights we stayed we we're woken up by people partying and screaming. I was extremely disappointed by this part of the hotel. Other than the partying the hotel was great. The hotel staff were pleasant. They did their best to handle the partying but I didn't wasn't happy with the way the handled it with me. The front office manager didn't offer to comp a night or anything like that. I had to call the corporate office and complain.

The towels were dirty the room wasn't clean ask for another I was told that their was no more! I will never stay at this doubletree again

We took this trip to have a nice warm getaway. It was located right in between where we were spending our time in San Diego. When we got there you could instantly tell that it was outdated. Carpet was dirty, the drapes were cut and sewn back together in the middles. Our bathroom had missing caulking, outlets were almost coming out of the wall. As a destination hotel, the quality was poor. The staff was very friendly and that helped mask the quality of the hotel.

The location was good, it had a good rating, however it did not meet my expectation, the room was average, Lot of extra fees(for internet usage, parking etc). The TV was not working properly in the kids room, the ceiling was way too low for the bunk bed, my kids bumped their head twice. There were other good hotels near by that serve free breakfast and also has free internet. Will not be recommending or booking again.

Double Trees are usually nice hotels but not this one. It seems like this hotel has seen better days. The facility is outdated and not well maintained.

Room was fairly nice and hotel was in a good location. However, the bathtub had purple stain in it. Also the hallway on the fourth floor bad a terrible odor that eventually made its way into our room. Informed the front desk who had a housekeeper spray air freshener. Was not enough to cover the smell of death. Was told it was an "engineering" problem... Smelled like a sewage problem.

Room balcony was glass and looked like it has never been cleaned. Tub wouldn't drain property. Shower head was leaking. Some hotel staff was friendly but took forever to respond to a simple request for towels. Ridiculous to charge for wifi nowadays as even coffee places give you that amenity with a $4.00 cup of coffee. Charge for parking. Nothing is included with the stay. Over all, there are better options for hotels in the area for the price.

No Ac , water shut down. They did honor cancellation of reservation , I would recommend calling ahead of time to make sure basic hotel functions are working.

The overall hotel is filthy would never stay here again

The pool was closed. We weren't able to use the amenities. No one seemed to care that it put a dent in our vacation as planned.

The (night shift )hotel staff at the front desk felt it was necessary to lie to me about some maintenance issues that were going on at the hotel and they offered compensation to two guest before me. The staff said the reason for compensation was due to issues with the guest room. The two guest that received the compensation were actually relatives of mine staying in the other rooms and when I told them what the staff had said they were shocked because none of what the staff said was true. So if you like dishonest staff this is the place for you.

Central locale, nice staff. Old building, poorly maintained. Worst bed ever. Loud property over run win children.

night time intruder

overall a good hotel
