Very nice staff, clean hotel,
Room wasnt clean. Sticky walls, half empty bottle of diet coke left in fridge, hair all over bathroom floor. Pool was clean but hot tub had debri. Noisy! Elevator was broken so all we heard ALL night were people going up/down stairs. The AC unit was loud and made gurgling sounds. Went to front desk, spoke with Leah, she was apologetic and arranged for us to move to a premium room on the 4th floor. Leah was extremely friendly and accommodating. The staff was great. We were always greeted with a smile or a hello.....until we checked out. I dont remember her name, but the lady who checked us out mustve been having a really bad day. Not friendly and a little standoffish. Certain charges during my stay should've been waived. Some were but some werent. It may have been a misunderstanding on my part. She took my number down and said she would call me to go over the charges in question because she needed to talk to the person who made those arrangements. I never got that call. Charges showed up on my credit card statement. I wouldnt stay here again. Location is great because it's right next to SR-163 so easy on/off highway. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby but i wont be staying here again.

Nice staff! Matthew was so nice and welcoming when we checked in. The room is nice and comfortable. There’s plenty of room. Beds are comfortable, too. The room is very clean.
As with most hotels, it is showing its age. Although patterned, the carpet is stained, the bathroom has some defective tiles and wonky grout and a very small vanity and sink. The A/C was good but like all hotels now, they use the weird little squashy pillows on a queen sized bed. I hate them.
Hotel did not have hot water. Bathroom toilet was dirty .
Great option for an overnight stay with the family.

After checking in walk back to your car which was pretty far and put parking pass in car Then breakfast was set up for soccer tournament had no idea just asked for a to go coffee guy was super rude said go buy one
