No hidden surprises. Everything they quoted was true. Nice place to stay. Would book again.

Nice place with a great bar and eating area. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are good with good prices.

Nothing special about this place. Got harassed for walking on the golf course side walk after about only 5 minutes. Guess they have nothing better to do than harass guest trying to get some exercise. No Microwave in room. A bowl of oatmeal in the restaurant was almost $6.00, get real !!!

Attended our grandson's graduation and stayed here. Our room was super clean and loved having the refrigerator to keep our complimentary water cold! We golfed on their challenging and fun course. Enjoyed relaxing and having lunch in the nice pool area with sunny and shady spots available. Everyone at this hotel was very professional and friendly. We love staying here whenever we are visiting our grandson.

Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful place to stay and enjoy the outside surroundings. Restaurant was nice and affordable with good food and friendly staff. Great place to relax! The room was very spacious as well with everything you need. Loved it!

Beautiful peaceful place to spend a great weekend

Nice spot, especially for the money. Family live in east county. Much better than santee Motel 8!

Surprisingly clean and refreshing room. Recently updated with new bathrooms and bedding. Located on a golf course with an excellent bar and surprisingly good restaurant.

We chose to stay at this hotel even though it was out of the way and had bad reviews because of the price and availability. We didn't really have any of the problems that other people had been complaining about, like bugs or checking-in. The room was old, but clean and spacious. The view was beautiful and made the quick stay a cool experience. Good news for the future: they are planning a renovation that looks really nice, which will be done around September.

I was over charged by the hotel and they did not know how it works when you book online

Some of the review of this place were pretty bad and I only went for it because of the extremely reasonable price. I personally had no problems with this place. It was clean and quiet and I had no problems checking in or checking out.

We have stayed here before, in fact several months ago. However, due to the economy, they now only serve breakfast on Sat. and Sun. mornings. They used to have a great breakfast menu and chef but they have had to cut back on these also. Sad!

When we walked into the room and saw ants crawling on the desk and refrigerator I was a little disgusted. Then we realized they were on the walls and on the beds and we called the front desk to transfer rooms. They did not have any rooms available so they sent someone to the room to spray- well I am pregnant and we had to leave the room for a couple hours so it could air out before we returned. The golf course that the hotel is on was just beautiful but it didn't make the room any better for us. Hope you have a better experience than us:)

Totally unsatisfactory... The room smelled. The toilet didn't operate very well. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Beds uncomfortable. Amenities that were to be provided in the room weren't there. After one night my wife and I left for another hotel.

Booked this room the night before I arrived. The transaction was easy and it turned out to be one of the best spur of the moment trips that I have taken. The room was large and clean with pleanty of closet space.

The hotel was clean but the walls were cinder blocks and the internet connection is non-existant in your room you would need to sit outside the front office to do anything
