The hotel is walking distance to shopping center and restaurants, and is very close to Legoland. Checking in and out was easy, very friendly staff. The hotel is very old but rooms were acceptable. The light outside our room was broken so it was super dark at night. A bag of dirty bedding was left outside our room when we checked in and was still there the next morning.

The hotel was very nicely maintained and has a great layout. Our room was a two bed queen with a balcony and view of the pool area. We were on the second level and all doors face outward. I did not notice an elevator to get to the second level, so something to keep in mind. The pool is heated so our kids enjoyed a night swim even though the temperature was probably high 60's. I liked that the bathroom and tub were separate from the sink and mirror area. It came stocked with a microwave and mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The breakfast area is in a separate area near the back of the hotel complex. I though the variety, although small, was good for my personal taste. Overall it was a good experience, but I think there are areas of improvement.

Sorry that the flower field across the street from the hotel. We're getting ready for the next season. I wanted to let my family experience that. The shuttle service was excellent and on time.

It met our needs. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

Beds were quite uncomfortable.

First, the good. The location is fantastic, especially for Legoland and the outlets, and there's ample parking. The staff is nice. The price was really reasonable for the area. But I wouldn't stay here again. The drapes were dirty (it made me wonder how filthy everything else was), the phone didn't work, and the walls were paper thin so it was hard to get any sleep. We could actually hear the content of conversations in another room if the people talked slightly loud. Don't be fooled by "resort" in the name--this is nothing close to resort-like. I'd rather pay a little more and be comfortable and rested.

Room was ok but p is in need of repairs. Our bathrooms door knob kept sticking and we were afraid we couldn't get out. When reported they said they would look at it but it was not replaced or repaired. Killed large spider, silverfish and two mosquitoes in the room on the first night. Breakfast buffet was adequate with healthy selection and no sweet rolls and muffins.

The hotel is close to Legoland and the beach. They do offer a "shuttle" to Legoland but we opted to drive ourselves since it was just a small caravan. Breakfast is 6:00-9:30. We went at 7:00 and they were out of almost everything, but there wasn't much to begin with. We went to Corner Bakery instead, which is within walking distance. The lady at check in was ok with us, but very rude to other employees and a guest who called. They ran out of pool towels both days. The rooms were clean and had soft towels. It's directly across from the outlet mall, which was nice. We could not adjust the air conditioner. It was set on 70 and we could put it on 1, 2, or 3 but it made no difference. Sometimes is was freezing in there and sometimes it was hot. Someone kept smoking marijuana and it was coming into our room. This was probably the worst aspect. Overall, it was ok. The rooms are pretty decent, but the rest of the hotel seems to be in need of some TLC.

Just all right. Room needs makeover and the property is noisy

Close to Legoland & shuttle provided!!! Staff friendly, free breakfast. But air/heater didn't work well, door lock broken, security gates didn't accept card to open so many left open.

One of the worst hotel , staff rude and heater don't work and stafff don't care

The staff was very friendly and the property pretty and tranquil. The room was clean and a good size, but the bathrooms are dated. The room was freezing cold. I put the heat on, but it didn't work, only the fan blew cold air. Also, the tissue box was empty. When I stopped by the front desk to ask for one, they told me they'd send one over, which they never did.

Our stay was good and hotel staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel is old. The room is dark and smells bad. The overall appearance of the hotel needs major changes.

Free breakfast was overcrowded and not well managed. Everyone who entered looked lost, tired and hungry. It would have been more efficient to have the breakfast bar on two sides of the room instead on just one. TV, phone and my refrigerator was not working, which posed a variety of barriers. I give this a meh. I thought this hotel was supposed to be a resort. This place is more like a has been resort.

I have stayed here many times because location is excellent across the street from outlets, close to restaurants and legoland. However I was really disappointed this time. We stayed 2 nights and each day I found dead roaches. First day I found 2 within 2 hours of checking in. Really disappointing.

The place is older not great ventilation in bathroom so it had old mildew smell. We left the bathroom window open the whole time. Was good location. Rooms were clean. The free breakfast was alright. Pool and hot tub area was clean kids had fun. It wasn't awful but we would pick a newer place to stay next time. We were on the bottom floor so you could hear the people upstairs running around but not hear voices. We were also on the back side of hotel were the freeway is so you could hear some road noise in the night when bigger cars drove by.

Nice hotel, staff is very friendly. Close to Legoland, stores and restaurants.

Most of the guests are families going to Legoland. They have shuttle service set up mainly to service this group. Other dropoffs/pickups can be arranged within about a 3 mile radius and they are accommodating in trying to meet your needs. It is an older hotel, probably 70's vintage, however they have done a pretty good job on maintenance and keeping it up to date and clean, including the landscaping.

Great stay, we were near legoland wand had transportation. The hotel include breakfast and the staff was great my kids had fun and loved the hotel.
