Very nice front desk staff. Property was clean and up to date. They were replacing mattresses while I was there!

Excellent overall

Easy and smokth

Good place to stay, reasonable rate, close to college and stadium. Plenty of eateries surrounding, and breakfast was good. Comfortable bed, need to replace carpet though. I would stay again.

Upon checking in I was given a form I needed to initial and sign that included a portion that the staff described as "stating [I'm] not disabled and won't get [their] help evacuating in case of emergency". I am disabled and this clause concerned me, as I've never signed anything like it at other properties. The $115 incidental hold has been on my card in excess of a week... The room had an interior breaker box with no cover or door. It was at a height that is accessible to those who use a wheelchair for mobility and small children. Heads up parents, my toddler flipped the breakers many times during our stay and other guests reported their children doing the same. The window a/c units in the room were different from each other- one had temperature control and one only had fan levels. Though there are dishes in the kitchen, dish soap is not an amenity. Leaving dishes out in the kitchen will result in an additional cleaning fee ($100) per staff. Housekeeping entered my room, which had a sign on the door for privacy, to take out the trash. The continental breakfast included waffles with no sugar-free syrup option, plain bagels and bread, apples and oranges, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, and a few packaged items. Half of the packaged items were desserts, madeleines and brownie bites, and half uncommon breakfast items, pans au chocolat and aussie bites.

No frills, easy and dependable lodgings.

We stay here every time we come to visit our daughter in college. Super clean, quiet, and easy to get around. Very helpful staff as well!

The place was ok, but very overpriced for what you get.

Easy check in, quiet area and close to San Diego State

pros: very quiet location, nice accommodations, recycling container in room, good in-room coffee, decent beds, mini fridge, friendly staff, decent complimentary breakfast. cons: noisy wall unit A/C, coffee at breakfast and in lobby is weak and watery.

We had a bad smell in our room but the staff were amazing at this place so I had to give it a good rating!

This hotel was as advertised, location was convenient, with free self parking on site. Not fancy but gets the job done. Nancy at the front desk was great.

One of the better Best Western hotels we stayed in.

Fine place to stay for a weekend.
