Villa Villacolle is a beautiful villa with swimming pool and exceptional sea view, perfect for vacations on the Adriatic Sea, in Mondolfo, between Fano and Senigallia.
The large vacation villa on two floors offers up to 9 beds.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet,
kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and
microwave, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, heaters, iron and ironing
board.
In the garden, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool with sea view, there are also barbecue for grilling and parking area.

Villa Villacolle is a quaint villa nestled in the green hillside among majestic trees, green lawn and hedges that frame the sea-view swimming pool.
The solarium around the chlorine pool is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.
A large pergola is
equipped for relaxing in the cooler weather, dining overlooking the
sea, and challenging each other in exciting table soccer tournaments
The interior of the villa is on two levels.
On the ground floor there is a refined living room with a fireplace, two sofas including 1 double sofa bed, the dining area, a large rustic-style kitchen with utility room, laundry room and bathroom.
Upstairs there are 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom with en suite shower room furnished with double bed + pouf bed, and 1 single bedroom where a ninth bed on cot can be added, and a second full shower room.

Villacolle stands on the gentle hills bordering the Adriatic Sea, in
the countryside of Mondolfo, a town in the province of Pesaro Urbino
located between Fano and Senigallia.
The panoramic location allows
views of the nearby sea.
The nearest beaches are only 2 km away.
The
town of Mondolfo is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
The
villa is only 5 minutes from the freeway exit of Marotta (Adriatic
Highway).

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September .
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The third bathroom is just service one (not complete).
- The ninth bed is with camp bed.
