I would definitely stay here again,staff was friendly and the area was nice. Shopping was very close.

No frills. Literally. Appreciated the microwave and fridge. However, locating them in the hallway with no counter space and both entrance and bathroom doors blocking the access was ineffective.
The walls are thin.. even though the stated quite hours are 10:30pm. There was a group somewhere that was partying it up. It sounded like they where right outside our door. I called down to the office at midnight. They wanted to know what room I was in so they could “call around” to other rooms to figure out who it was.. we where only all the second floor. If they would have come up for 2 minutes they could have figured it out. They continues to talk loins and laugh for another hour. We turned on the fan and white noise apps.. it looks like they have a small staff and manage a lot through security cameras.. if they can’t see it on the tv, it’s not happening.. it was close to SFO, so at least I got to the airport quickly, though tired.
Our floor lobby had unpleasant smell in the morning. I would not stay here again.
The one I don't like is that when we left our room for the next day I did'nt put the sign for the staff to clean our room. But when we came at night we found out somebody went inside and clean our room and the bathroom but not our bed..I just want to say that we hope next time the staff needs to follow whatever the customer wants. Thank you.
Sheets were stained and floor was very dusty
Quick and friendly checkin. Classy room. Clean and stocked with nice amenities. Great place to crash after arriving late in the evening at SFO.

Hello sir, thank you for staying with us. We want to apologize for the noise you encountered. We are required to ask you for your room number as you called off your personal mobile device. If you had called from the phone located in your room then we would have known your room number automatically and can better determine where the noise is coming from. We did go and inspect both of the floors and found that there was a television on high volume. We informed the guest to keep the volume down. As for a "party" there was not any. We cannot control the noise from outside of the building unfortunately if that was the case. We are a smaller hotel but we do regularly monitor the building to make sure our guests stay comfortably.
