When checking in, I was given the first room. Went to the room, as soon as I opened the door it smelled like smoke and marijuana. I went back down to the front desk and informed the girl of this, she said to me there is no way this is a non-smoking facility. I told her, mat please try another room. She gave me a key to a second room, I open the door and experienced the same thing. Smoke and marijuana. I left the keys on the counter and immediately left. Traveled 40 minutes to another hotel. This hotel is run down and dirty. Nothing like the pictures on this page. Stay away.

The room was not clean and needed maintenance. The toilet seat was broken and not attached to toilet and the toilet needed to be cleaned. Many people live there and party until early morning hours. Beer cans and bottles were left all over. The person at the front desk when I checked in was not very polite. And the room where the night window was at was very dirty.

When I stepped out of the shower, I grabbed the handle bar that’s hung on the wall beside the shower and it was so loose that it moved and I fell. At 3:17am a stranger started kicking my door repeatedly yelling for someone named “Renee” and I finally had to yell at him to tell him he had the wrong room, but it scared my wife (she has severe PTSD diagnosed), on top of all that, our neighbors tv was on the same wall as my headboard and they had their tv on full blast and their kids were screaming all night until about 2am, and started screaming again at 5am. I had work the next day and I was exhausted. Worst night I’ve ever had in a hotel. I’ve stayed at the super 8 by Wyndham in San Bernardino before and I’ve never had an issue like this. I thought the Redlands one would be better, but I was so wrong. I will probably try to contact customer service through this company because I would like a refund. When I told the lady at the front desk about everything that occurred the night before, she laughed and said “that’s weird”. She didn’t apologize or offer to make it right. I could’ve really hurt myself falling out of the shower and that stranger that banged on our door upset my wife to the point of her being very emotional.

When I arrived for checking, the door had a sign “We are back in 15 minutes” no one was at the lobby. When they finally the gave me my room I went and it was very dusty and dirty, I asked for another room and they changed it but it was dusty as well and also had a dead fly inside the fridge. Honestly I don’t recommend this hotel, it’s not worth the price.

Good experience. Thin walls, okay if a/c is on unless neighbors are loud

Room smelled like smoke and it was supposed to be nonsmoking

It was disappointing... the lobby was dirty, no coffee available as shown in the pictures. The room was little, had limited amenities; no alarm clock, coffee maker or microwave. A deposit was required for phn use even LOCAL CALLS.

The hotel was a complete dump!!! It was filthy and had I know the place was under construction I would not of stayed there!!

Overall the hotel experience was good. The office staff was super friendly and welcoming. I think it was a great deal for the amount I paid.

I was very disappointed. I saw that the hotel was rated 3.5 out of 5. There was a hole in the Wall of the bathroom. The room was very dirty. The bathroom was very dirty. We couldn´t sleep because the air conditioning was so loud. I think that the room was definitely not worth the 100 dollars that I paid.

The motel is close to the freeway and shopping is close by, with a restaurant within walking distance. The motel furnishings are dated but the room was comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast is okay, but the room is quite small for the size of the motel. It was quiet which was nice because they had a lot of guests.

I thought the website indicated a heated pool but it wasn't heated. Key would not open 1st room they moved us to another room. The price was right but we got what we paid for. Room was adequate, nothing to write home about though.

The door to my room fit so poorly that there was dirty marks on the wall from soot blown onto the room though cracks around the door with also allowed noise from the highway to be heard.

Overall ok stay ...price kinda of high but it was a saturday

We enjoyed ourselves and we will be going back soon

Towels are thin and tired. Some stuff remain in the room especially in the bathroom. I do not want to say what I saw... The front desk person was OK, but room keeper I met was rude and seems to be unhappy to be there. I can imagine why the room was so dirty. I will go to the next door in future.

Quiet, nice, and clean environment. Roomy for a quick get a way.

Nice and quiet. Clean and relaxing environment. Will stay again
