Loved it great place to stay it was great Pool was clean Room was spacious

Pretty shabby and run down. Breakfast was a complete joke.

Worst hotel ever (the room smells, door to the bathroom don't lock, mattress has lumps etc.) they should change the name to hotel 6

This is one of the most unsanitary hotels I have stayed been to. Friendly staff. I drove down the street and stayed somewhere else...paying for both rooms.

Ok for an overnight stay. It needs some maintaining. Breakfast hours were only till 9am.....till 10am would be better. Food offered was minimal. Only water available was bottled for purchase.

rather shabby -- like the city around it. old.

The first thing I noticed about this hotel was a desk manager that was more interested in talking to the security guard in the lobby than waiting on customers. At a far end of the hotel there were pimps outside with their bedroom door open and prostitutes inside. When entering our room, which was located closer to the lobby, we were greeted by large roaches. These roaches weren't even afraid of the light. In response to our complaint the desk manager said she's not surprised. What type of way is that to run a hotel? Orbitz called unsuccessfully 6 times that night. We weren't able to resolve this situation until a few days later. I requested that Orbitz end their business relationship with this hotel. I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel ever. When contemplating staying in San Bernadino, be very careful. A lot of hotels are full of bed bugs in addition to roaches. If I were to do it again I'd stay in another city.

It's close to the freeway and restaurants. Overall a pleasant experience.

It was a little further from the University than I thought. Located near a variety of activities. Receptionist was very Nice. List of TV station in the room would have been helpful

When I checked in the clerk asked if I wanted smoking or non I said non. The room I got was on the freeway side of the building and was very much a smoking room. I called the desk and they were able to change my room. This room was away from the freeway and the noise it also did not reek of cigarettes. The breakfast was all prepackaged foods all cold. I've stayed at other hotels in this chain and they were all nicer.

Excellent Time at LA Quinta Hotel located in San Bernardino. Don't let the City of San Bernardino discourage a booking at LA Quinta Hotel , San Bernardino. Excellent Service and Safe place to stay for your weekend or week vacation time.

We needed a cheap room for the night to rest before we continued out drive and it met the needs. The room was clean, but the bathroom was cramped with horrible water pressure. there was a ton of activity all night, People hanging out on the stairwell and in and out of the rooms. Made it hard to get comfortable when you could hear people talking outside your door.

Breakfast was ok if you like life cereal, packaged waffles, packaged hard boiled eggs & yogurt and beverages. You should at the very least have more cereal choices. Was glad they took dogs. Even had a place for them to go and bags to clean up after them. The staff was great and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. Lots of restaurant choices in area.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were cleaned every morning. And the staff was helpful with any questions that we had. There wasn't a whole lot to do within the area. Other than that, it was a good place.

Close to several places to eat and free breakfast. Ample parking. No working elevator.

this stay was for business related Loma Linda medical center. close to center, but not walking distance, away from the bustle of the medical center on hospitality lane, many all level restaurants nearby Staff very friendly, helpful basic lodging, room clean and very adequate for business/sleeping. not for fancy vacation.

Nice location, next to many restaurants. Pet friendly, so that was a plus for me and my puppy.was told I needed to provide card even tho I payed online.the tv only turned up so loud. Elevators came in handy because I was on the third floor.overall a nice stay

We came here for an event at NOS, it was good for what we needed...nicer than the other lesser hotels in the area....

We stayed here for a few nights and though we thought it was a decent value, the location was a bit sketchy and we found mouse droppings in the bed. However, the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. I wouldn't stay there again however.

I was in town for an overnight event and this hotel fit perfectly. For what I paid I hadn't expected the quality. Used the microwave and fridge and both worked to standard. Also the AC was fantastic as this ammenity is usually underpowered at hotels.
