The male front desk yelled and yelled and yelled some more cause I checked out at 11:40 am because he paid Mexican men to say check-out is noon. He tried to make me talk to the Mexican men in room next to me who asked me to talk to them over and over while they were inside my cell phone. I know he thought this was funny.
There was no maid service. The mexicans said there check-out was 12 noon. I had to check-out at 11:15 am because a guy with sunglasses and a big weed wacker told me my check out was 11:00 am. He pretended he could not hear what I was saying to purposely aggravate me. I could tell he thought it was funny. He yelled, "She did not leave a tip/"

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us at check out. We are always respectful to all of our guest that stay with us. I would not allow any of my staff to yell at our guests. Our check out time is and has always been at 11:00 AM. A late check out must be request with the front desk, which you did not do. We have a strict check out time for a reason, so that our cleaning staff can clean and have the rooms ready for our new guests that are checking in for that day. The language you use in your review is very offensive. None of my employees speak Spanish, so you must have mistaken for another hotel. In the future, while you are at the hotel please get a hold of the the general manager so that your issue can be recognized and resolved.

I'm sorry your room was not serviced, but we do provide room service to all of guest that stay more than one day. You must of had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Our check out time has always been at 11:00 AM, unless you specifically ask for a late check out. Please check your reservation details as it will state check out is at 11:00 AM. It is very offensive to call anyone "mexicans". We are family run business and we are actually Indians from India. My dad was the one you saw cutting the grass, and he is old and hard of hearing. We never demand or expect any kind of tip. You must have simply misheard him. In the future, should you have any issues with staff or service, I suggest that you talk directly to the general manager.
