First day there my wife pointed out to me there was menstrual blood on the toilet all over the toilet seat. I then had to clean it. The the next day I noticed there was black mold all over the ceiling in the shower.

This hotel was fine. Facilities are in need of an update and quite dirty. My room reeked of smoke. The area's not the best and not the worst. Got in late and requested a late checkout [noon] which they gave me, then house keeping knocked at 9:30 and again at 11:30 and then got a call from the desk to get out exactly at noon. Obviously that's fine since it was check out time, but the hotel was half empty, if I needed an extra few minutes to get out it didn't have to be a big deal. Not the worst hotel but I definitely wont be giving them a second chance.
Mice place tonstay! Friendly staff, very good B fast. Comfortable beds and really cold AC!!

I stay at this property almost anytime I come to San Antonio. The location is convenient, quiet, and safe. There is nothing fancy about this hotel, but it's a reasonable price and exactly what I needed for my stay. My only complaint was that I received a dirty towel... I opened the towel after showering and I saw another person's hair and stains... it was used and nasty! I used a clean hand towel to dry off which was fine for me, but didn't report this to the desk because I just didn't have time to deal with it or wait for someone to bring me a clean towel. The front desk was extremely nice and I'm sure would of been apologetic so I wont hold a grudge and plan to return.

Hotel was outdated and dirty for being a popular franchise. We ended up having to switch our room because the restroom was cleaned properly, there was black hair all over the tub and my bfs hair is grey and mine is orange lol. Have no idea if the rest of the room was cleaned. It made me wonder... With that being said, why wouldn’t it be cleaned well with this virus going on?
It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
The parking was lousy your room is one area and parking is far , you will walk far with luggage - and the continental breakfast was not open- the place is not well lit either
My reservation was not visible to hotel upon arrival. Front desk was great in resolving the issue but still took near an hour on the phone with orbitz.
Room wasn't very clean. Found french fries on the floor. But we had an end unit and everything else was ok so we dealt with it. You get what you pay for. Staff were all great! We forgot my son's weighted blanket and they kept it for us until we came back and got it. No other issues.
the property was easily located; unfortunately the room air controls were off when we arrived so it was super hot
Very clean and parking lot was very well lit. The breakfast had a large selection and many options even for picky eaters.

Room was clean and staff were helpful. Breakfast didn't quite match up to the pictures but was better than some places I've stayed.
The room was wonderful, the staff was a delight. The couch was great, and we all know how the hotel furniture usually is kinda uncomfortable. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and I didn't really want to get up the next morning. The only thing I could say negative is more of a personal issue than a room one: The shower head is a little hard to reach if you're under 5'5". Great hot water and water pressure though. I couldn't have asked for better.
