The pool was nice but there was no jaquzzi it was drained. The hallways were hot with no AC. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff, helpful especially with helping with slow handicapped person. I didn’t like the stuffiness in the room , air conditioner didn’t make room very cool. Loved the breakfast! Best omelet I have ever had.

Location was pretty good. A little misleading as it is not on the main river walk. No frig in room, no fan in bathroom, tiles were moldy in shower, no continental breakfast and the hot tub was freezing.

The Hotel location is great, unfortunately the property could use some updates and perhaps a few more people on staff. Check in took 15 minutes at 6:00 PM since there was only one person at the front desk. Cleanliness was just okay - I dislike finding hair from previous guests in the shower and on the sink. The bar downstairs was decent, but with so many good locations off property I'd go out.

The hotel staff was awesome! The room was 63 degrees for the first day, first night and all day the 2nd day. Got engineer for heat, the room got comfortable, but the cost was NO HOT WATER the next morning, cold showers. On top of the wake up call at 1:00am to 1:30am. They tried to tell us the next day it was a fire alarm, yet they told us to exit the building, then their words "RETURN TO YOUR ROOMS AND LOCK THE DOORS". Really it was a security issue! I DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED TO! I FULLY EXPECT A COMP'D ROOM! THAT WAS RIDICULOUS ESPECIALLY IN HOTOL LIKE THIS!

I can’t say enough about the staff, they were outstanding and were very helpful. The hotel, while it says it’s on the riverwalk and it is but it’s still a good hike to the main part. The room we had was outdated, there was no vent in the bathroom. We had 2 queen size beds, one was extremely soft and had a bad lean while the other was ok at best. We were on the 4th floor and there was a party on the 3rd floor with loud music, I called the front desk and they informed me it wouldn’t last past 10:30, I guess that’s acceptable but it was annoying. The valet parking was full and because my truck is tall I had to park in the handicap parking lot around the corner. I think the worst part was trying to get an elevator. We waited 20 minutes for an elevator and they were few and far between and the ones that did stop were to full. I ended up hauling 2 large suitcases cases down four flights of stairs.

Hotel was nice but had stains on the floor, shower curtain torn and heater kept turning on when AC was on 67 degrees. Bed was not comfortable and a lot of noise at night.

This hotel was honestly fantastic!! From check in to check out, we couldn’t have been happier. The staff was very pleasant and helpful the entire 5 day stay (even on thanksgiving when they probably wanted to be home with family and friends). The room was super clean and spacious, and very well appointed with a comfortable bed. The elevators were always fast and common areas were clean and welcoming. We had 2 dogs and I LOVED how pet friendly the hotel is - and they only charge $50 for the entire stay for a pet fee. That can’t be beat. Plus, there are plenty of places to walk dogs near the hotel. Finally, we loved the location. It is in the north end of the river walk so you’re away from the hustle and bustle, but only a 5-10 minute walk from all the action. Parking at the hotel, including self parking, is quite expensive though. We parked in the public garage 1 block away and it was significantly cheaper, well lit, and very safe.

the hotel charges for parking 33 for night when ask the answer was rude the bed sheets where not properly made when walk in the room the shower drip outside the shower so much it was ridiculous never staid on a hotel so poorly designed it was supposed to be a good one i will prefer a motel 6 better

I had WI-Fi and cleanliness issues. Since, I was there for a business trip I searched for a hotel with Wi-Fi to use in the comfort of my room. However, it did not work at all during my stay. I called tech support but they could not and did not fix the issue. They did have a computer area to use but it was in the lobby where noisy, drunk and busy guests were walking by. The bedding when I arrived was covered in red stains and hair. I requested the bedding be changed and they did as soon as they could. After that I had no issues.

Near were I wanted to be. Had a great time . Everyone was friendly and helpful

Nice so far, haven’t had a chance to check out the premises, close to the Riverwalk.

Ac not working and they didnt say aythinf that we have to pay for parking $32 per night....!!!!
