They make you pay for your whole stay in advance. The room was dirty and I saw roaches every day. The floors (there are no carpets in the room) hadn’t been cleaned in at least weeks, if not longer. I will NOT stay here again.

Staff said they do not switch your towels or sheets. They do not refill soap or toilet paper. Even had a problem saying I didn’t pay for my nights until I showed them my receipt

I always love WoodSprings. The facilities are clean and well staffed. The rooms are well maintained and have a functional kitchen.It doesn't matter if I am swinging through for a night or a month. WoodSprings always have what I need.

If you are traveling with family. Just avoid it altogether. Run far away from it! It was filled with bums smoking weed in the common areas and more. The WHOLE hotel reeked of cigarettes and the room was even worse. Everything in it was yellow and it looked simply disgusting. We walked out and found another place.

The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were horrible, they did not have an ice machine and there were no extra blankets.

The only good thing about this hotel is close to the highway and restaurants. The room smells like cigarette,dripping water in the bathroom. Bathroom sink water stuck, dirty carpet, dirty bedsheet small cockroach in the night stand table. Yuck, disgusting. since i dont have a choice to change the room because they dont anymore available room i stayed in the hotel and spray perfume all over. This room is smells.

I expected more but coming from staying at Woodspring Suites Fort San. I guess they are different franchises. Room was nothing like the pic the pic is probably a demo room

Person I at check-in was nice and courteous. Stayed for one night because of the low rate. Doubt I'd stay for longer than one night unless its all that's available. The room and bathroom were clean, just the basics.

Location was a lil hard to get to....kinda hard to find but overall I will give it 3 stars
