The employee behind the counter was professional enough to put down his cell phone when I entered the lobby but that was about it. He didn't say hello or ask what I was there for, he just sat there staring at me until I engaged him. The morning employee was more friendly and professional. There were cigarette burns on every piece of furniture, and stains on the towels and comforter but at least the sheets appeared to be clean. The conditions were to be expected given the price but I wouldn't have stayed here if my girlfriend had been with me. Overall impression; you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a cheap room for a night and you aren't big on amenities, it got the job done.

Since we arrive people was snaking around every place siting in the floor were we pass. Then, when we were in the room, we saw roaches, the sheets was dirty, the chair was very dirty. We couldn't use.

The only good thing about it is that it is close to downtown we needed to be. I only had an issue with how the room looked and how it was presented. I don't think I'll be ever come back to this hotel unless this would be a last-minute resort.

The front desk clerk was friendly!!! The room was ok... But I need a blow dryer and there was no blow dryer... Other than that it was ok... Maybe get blow dryers... Lol... Thanks...

I check in on Friday, clearly my room was still being renovated. There was no chair at the desk, no hand towels, no garbage can, and when I booked the room I booked it with a microwave and fridge but at check in I was told there weren't enough for every room. The icing on the cake for the 1st night was the TV remote not working. After going to the front desk 3 times all my issues were resolved...for now. So, the next morning I go for my free breakfast at 815am (served until 930) to find 1 muffin and lots of empty containers and shelves. Even other guest commented on the lack of food. Later I hear water running in the bathroom. Turns out the room above me was showering but the water was coming out of my light fixture, through cracks in the ceiling, and behind the faucet. I went to the front desk and was told I had to wait for the manager to arrive at 10, a 1/2 hours later. They eventually moved me to another room that was old and disgusting. Needless to say I left that morning. The hotel is also located in a not so nice area of San Antonio.

I should have learned with this Hotel 'chain'....there price is low for a reason >> poor to no standards!!! I actually believe the hotel 'knowingly' put me in an infested room, just to sell an extra room. In the late afternoon an exterminator knocked saying he needed to 'work on the room', but couldn't bc it was 'occupied' (said 'work' could/would be done next day, at the time I thought it was normal preventative spraying). AFTER I was awaken, that night, by BITES, it dawned on me he couldn't do the 'work' bc it required fumigation!!! Thus the hotel knew there was a problem, when they put my in it!

First, got 2 doubles instead of king, bathroom was dorty hair all over tub, NO HOT WATER,no phone, fridge or microwave. No hot tub, coffee maker,. No water in pool gthe breakfasr was lousy, too.

The beds were stained, mold in the shower, GUM on the night stand, flickering lights! I checked out 20mins after i checked in.

They didn't have the room we had reserved ready we had to take another, when we went in it looked dirty black bugs would come out inside the room. Shower old and noisy just like the a/c. Wi-fi never worked, and their breakfast was only available until the first gallon of milk was gone. Needless to say eventhough we got up around 6-7 we never managed to get breakfast the 4 days 3 nights we spent there.

The water in the toilet was not flushing during my whole stay. The technician came and arranged it but was a quick fix. It continued not to work. I told the lobby about this, eventually they suggested me to change room but it was already time to check out.

This hotel is really struggling. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom. They ran out of clean towels and told us we would need to wait for the laundry to get done.

It was clean. Staff was friendly. Location was ok if you're alright with planes landing since it is close to the airport.

The air conditioner blew cool air not cold. The bathroom needed to be finished painted looked like they started and never finished. On our second day our room keys had deactivated. We didn't get any towels on the second day they took the dirty ones but never replaced. The outside needed to have someone pickup all the trash I'm parking lot. Over all very disappointed.

The location was awesome, and that's the only positive thing I can say. The property itself was disgusting, completely filthy! The room needed an update, the carpet was ripped, the shower was disgusting - molded and rotten and falling apart, the dryer didn't work, only two towels for the entire two bedroom. The pool was so cloudy and disgusting you couldn't see through it! Felt like I was in a catch a disease in it! I'm surprised the city hasn't shut it down!!! Do not walk away, run!!!!

We were there for our anniversary and got locked IN our hotel room. We couldn't get out for over an hour. The front desk clerk was not friendly and it took us awhile to get ahold of him to tell him we couldn't get out. When he finally came, he tried a couple things and just walked off without telling us what was going on. An hour later, we were out and able to take our dog outside to potty. We didn't get to do anything we wanted to do that night because by the time we got out of the room it was already almost 11pm. He couldn't change our room because they were booked and the company I booked our room through refused to give us our money back and the customer service rep that I was on the phone with for an hour was also not friendly or understanding. I will NEVER book with them again nor stay at this kind of hotel again. I am very disappointed in both the booking company and the hotel.

The room was dirty no Towels The beds were not changed there was body hair all over it was disgusting and there was little black bugs will never stay there again no matter how cheap the rooms are.. Thank god I had my own linens and blankets but I still feel dirty. I do not recommend this hotel the staff was rude when we told him we did not have any towels tride to say we took them lol now why would I take there nasty towels...
