This property is OBVIOUSLY "dated", but at the same time, it appeared clean and served it's intended purpose. I didn't see or feel any "safety" concerns and the staff was nice. Parking was abundant and it was close to the highway and not too far from the airport. I gave it 3-stars, I have stayed at other similar hotels and they were an absolute wreck, this place only needs updating and they would be fine.
The vending machines where out of order also the washing machine & dry out of Order

the staff was nice, breakfast was good, but they are doing several renovations and the room we stayed in was pretty smelly but it was clean so we didn't mind.

It was an ok place to get some rest while our road trip. The furniture looked new but the bedding for sure wasn’t washed. I found a hair in the bedding. The restrooms aren’t too nice. But you get what you pay for. Wouldn’t stay again
Nothing like the pictures. AC in the room wasn’t turn on in what seems like a year. Pool was black. Cockroach on the bed. Horrendous.

I loved that it was so close to the AT&T Center and just a few minutes from downtown SA. It was all very convenient.
Overall its a clean place. I just hate the fact that communication is kind of on the hard side. Its a language barrier. But very sweet people.
I don't like the noise in the hotel that makes me really sleepy
I was in vacation with my 3 kids and me it was late @10pm I was tired so decided to rent a room so I stop put gas in pay online when getting there she ask for my id so I look thru my purse it wasn't in there so went back to my car in look for it then I remember @ a restaurant we went for lunch I got one beer so they ask for your id so I'm pretty sure I forgot it over at the restaurant so tell me I beg them until almost 1 am to stay in they DIDN'T... even though I end up showing the a picture of my id that I had just send my sister to do something for me but they didn't accept that until now they haven't given my money I paid it been @ 5days I haven't even received a call from or email none...
This is an older hotel that has been totally redone! The fresh paint, carpet and furniture make it feel like a new place! Its a perfect location if u are going to the ATT Center for a show. I have already booked again for a show in March 2019.
Check in was not easy. Lady in front desk did not know what she was doing and gave me room key that did not work

Staff was horrible. A/c horrible . Maintenance man acted like he was mad. No one even asked how our stay was no thank you.
