Our stay was an overall nice experience. The hotel room was very accommodating. The pool was nice and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. The hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it met our needs very nicely.

Smelled very bad. Mold on curtain, rod and door. Loud leaking toilet. Room not provided with enough towels for 4 registered guests. Found a dirty male underwear by pillow.Phone broken and dirty. AC unit filled with debri particles and broken buttons. Pool area very dirty, broken chairs, no shaded sitting, trash in pool, water containers filled with yellow colored substances. Do not recommend! Unable to post photos.

hotel is older but very clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful & friendly

...I had made the reservations via orbitz and the lady at the front desk argued with me over whether or not I booked a smoking room. After I proved to her, with a printed copy of my reservation, that I had reserved a non smoking room, she finally relented saying that non smoking rooms were $10 more expensive and now she had to move people around. When we finally got to our room it was clean, but the sheets were horribly stained, all three locks on the window were broken (on the first floor) and the beds were so uncomfortable that my back still hurts. The continental breakfast would have been nice if it hadn't been set up right next to the front door. They're was nowhere to sit, stand, maneuver around to get to the food. We left.

The hotel needs serious cleaning and update. The doors were cracked, the tub and toilet had black spots all over, the tub was slimy, the shower head was so dirty that very little water was coming out. The sheets had holes and it was very noisy. You could hear everyone walking and talying and every one outside. The higheat is also really close so you hear that as well. The only plus, it's cheap

Upon checking in, things were looking good. The lady at the front counter was helpful in getting us to our room and things were going well. The issue started later that night when we had a pizza delivered and I noticed a small roach on the desk. At this point I was a little disgusted, but didn't think much of it. Long story short, I found a silverfish in the shower that night, several tiny bugs in the sink, and at 4:00 am I woke up to another roach crawling on my face. We packed up and left immediately... The guy at the desk the next morning didn't seem at all concerned, so needless to say we will not be returning to this hotel.

I had a problem with the bath tub, the handle in the shower fell off, I notified the front desk and they switch me to another room.

Location, location, location and the staff very friendly, overall I will stay again at this hotel hoo! Did I mention budget friendly.

We spent nights mainly. We did swim 2 nights. Staff cleaning person was good.frandly. I asked to move one night to get on the road early to stay at a closer hotel toward home (6) hrs or so but hotel and company that set this reservation wouldn't do it.

THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST EVER!!! The place is smelly and dingy, everything is run down, tub wouldn't drain and there was scum everywhere, the whole toilet unit was movable and the sheet were brownish and smelly. would not recommend for anyone, wish I would have booked a different hotel. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

If it was just me then it would have been great, i don't need much. However, for a couple trying to have some intimate time, i wouldn't recommend.

I had a one day trip to San Antonio with family. Had to meet a friend and visit the city as well. We reached there around 5pm and hotel was easy to locate. It was at a good location for me as my friend who were visiting lived nearby. Overall good value for money.

We were just staying for the night and honestly for an overnight stay or just a place to sleep for the night it's perfect, however I wouldn't recommend it for like a weekend getaway or anything.

We planned a last minute vacation, we needed a hotel with a central location, a pool, and affordable for a family of 7. This hotel was great...economical, very pleasant staff, and clean room. The hotel was close enough to the riverwalk and downtown areas, it was only a few minutes to drive down town. Not far from all the places our family planned to visit while we were in San Antonio. The staff was amazing! Always kind, courteous, and quick to attend to any needs we had. I would definitely stay here again if we visit San Antonio in the future.

The room had broken items that they tried to blame on me and my guests. The sheets were stained and the pool dirty. The beds were hard and out dated. bathroom was unclean and TV reception was poor at best.

Linen was stained, blankets were ragged Abd smelled bad.

The only ptoblem was no elevator. With kids & multiple bags would have been nice. Everything else wsd very nice.

It has been quiet here during my stay. My wife kicked me out of the house for a bit and I came here to be alone. During the day it was especially quiet. It isn't the cleanest hotel in which I've stayed, but then again, I don't ever think hotels are clean. The (what I assume is a family) staff are all very friendly at the front desk. They allowed me to extend my stay to two extra days with $10 off each night from their listed rate. It is located close to JBSA and SAMC which is a good thing, and it's not a far drive from DT SA so that is also a good thing. Very good value. I'd stay here again no questions asked.

It was a good place that was close to my husbands base. would stay again.

This is our go to motel when we attend tradeshows in San Antonio. It's easy to get to and close to Freeman Coliseum. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. The room is always clean and well furnished. Love having a frige, microwave and hair dryer. The beds are hard but comfortable. We would recommend this location to all.
