DO NOT STAY HERE! The photos presented by the hotel DO NOT represent this hotel accurately! Our first room was filthy! The sheets had not been changed; they were super dingy and dirty! The blankets looked like they had been through a war with cigarette holes burned into them. The bath tub was dingy, dirty, and full of stains. The furniture was dirty, especially the love seat! I didn't dare touch it! There were NO towels, and NO toilet paper! We requested a room in their "renovated" area. Kasi, who is the best and only good part of this hotel, graciously found one. We felt relieved, until we entered it! It was the same dingy, dirty, filthy room as the last one, but it had been recently painted & it had a 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper. We requested towels & were given two teeny, tiny bath towels--no hand towels nor wash cloths! It is so near a freeway that it is super noisy & we suspected drug deals going on inside and out! We left & found a clean hotel. Thanks for trying Kasi (she needs a raise)!
Don't stay here! This hotel is misrepresented online as remodeled Studio 6. It is filthy and the few rooms that have been remodeled were all booked, even though I had a printed reservation. Can you say "bait and switch?" I canceled and went elsewhere. I called the corporate office for Studio 6 to complain, but since it is a franchise and SOME of the rooms have been converted, it's up to the property owner to make the decision to advertise as Studio 6, but sign still says The Inn. Buyer beware. We had to find a different hotel late at night in San Antonio.
my stay here was great. the staff is always spot on!!! the rooms are always tidy and the service is great. having the free parking was a big convincence. the wifi is very helpful also!!! the room service is very friendly and very nice too. they're real up to date and are open to compensate with prices to fit a budget. plus the places nearby the hotel are very beneficial!! I'm very pleased with my stay here.
We recently went for a short trip before Christmas to San Antonio and booked a cheap hotel there. What a mistake. The place is really run down. Stairs are rusted through, looking like they could give way anytime, the room had no heat, (and it was below 30f that night) the bed linens were dirty, my pillow appeared to be an airline pillow, (1/2 size) there were no towels in room, I had to go get some from the front desk. The old tv had an old cable box which you needed a remote for, which did not exist. The main highway is feet from the room which made sleeping very difficult. Our saving grace was when we told them we were not going to stay, they transferred our reservation to a sister hotel closer to the river walk that was in much nicer condition.
Always like staying here for the price. Love my room with a couch. The Staff is on the ball and are always making sure that we are taken care of. Breakfast is great. You have stores and restaurants next door.
Nice service from front desk nice room clean TV was a lil outdated but nice stay breakfast wasn't so great I think it was fruit and waffles which is most common in places like this but overall price was well worth the stay hope they continue to remodel the rooms
The room had a TV with a remote that wouldn't work. The shower had mud/dirt stains on walls and tub. The toilet had problems flushing and towels were all stained. Stay away, not clean nor a comfortable place to stay.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed there for over a week and my room was cleaned on the daily basis they serve a great breakfast and the room was quiet in the bed was very comfortable. Laura Cole
THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR A FAMILY! NO PRICE IS WORTH THIS PLACE! This place is horrible; we were booked this place through vacation made easy (Which is a rip off too- did the bait and switch), we saw it was being reported that Days Inn was on the Riverwalk downtown, by no means are you on the Riverwalk let alone close and it’s NOT Days Inn it’s The Inn. We booked 3 rooms- room 228, 232 236 under my better half’s last name. We have so many pictures; this place is filthy and barely habitable- DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. The Manager that checked me in was named Faye; she was very polite and pushed to get us inside our rooms sooner, once in the rooms maintenance had to be done from about 2pm- 7pm in every room. Sinks broken, holes in the walls, TV’s didn’t work, A/C’s broke, drug dealing and prostitution wheeling all around. My sheets stunk of must and had stains on them. I felt so gross and barely slept. When we came there was a problem on the on the property that involved a Meth dealer walking into other rooms asking them if they would like to purchase. I was mortified; Faye indicated to me that even she has to set boundaries w/the people that stay here by kicking out the ones that bother other people, so basically if your selling meth it’s okay just don’t walk into other guest rooms and ask them to buy any. Needless to say we did NOT stay there another night. It was without a refund, no arguments from staff begging us to stay- we just left. Stay away from this place if you do NOT absolutely have to lay your head somewhere. Do NOT book through vacations made easy and DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE.
