Dont go, they lie, they bs, they dont clean, they dont do much

I would stay here again. Hotel seems to he going under reneovation. Seems lile alot of constructiona d rig workers stat here.

Updated room with new contemporary furniture. Clean. Nice staff. Perfect for the price.

I liked how close the hotel was to the city and friends and family as well.

Where to start....The chair was all chewed up, the sheets were horribly thin and torn, the bedspread was a stained relic of mid-century pattern, in 3 of the sockets there were no bulbs, the chain lock was broken, breakfast had no protein other than some kind of commercially prepared boiled eggs. The staff was nice.

Wifi didn't work, would connect but not do anything after that...Wasn't conveniently located. Water pressure was good and a/couple worked, so that's a plus.

Room was neat. Comforter felt grungy. R/R was clean towels clean. Had fridge n micro n iron coffee pot. Construction going on woke us up. Hopefully for some upgrades. Would stay again.

We got what we paid for ! swimming pool was very bad and coffee pot didn't work. Will upgrade next time to newer hotel,

Seeing as if we stayed at a Super 8 it was better than expected.

Room was nice & spacious I would stay here again

our stay with super 8 in universal city was somewhat confusing and chaotic. we had to switch rooms 3 times. some of the hotel staff are very pleasant, yet the other half are very rude. I am the guest, ywt I didn't feel as though my needs were very important. it is all about getting the guest out to only get the next one in. we spent good money to stay here, and on our last day it was like ok.....NEXT...... plus the laundry facility was broken the whole time. very inconvenient. everything else was good though

This motel is totally not worth the stop unless every other place is booked and you don't mind taking back some micro sized pets with you. Rooms smell, still feel like they are from the 80s. Worse experience I've ever had so far. I do not recommend

The room was dirty especially the restroom , the beds were completely nasty, bed bugs !!!

I like this hotel. Rooms are good size when traveling with family. Not to far to drive to attractions like 6 flags, Alamo, caverns etc... Abundance of restaurants nearby to chose from. Movie theater and walmart near too.

Great room for the price. It was clean and up to date.. I was impressed and relieved.

The night shift employee was good help but the morning shift were not polite and as soon as the time hit 9:00am one of the employee started taking all the beakfest food out while people were still trying to serve them selves. Their signes inside the lobby are rude. I would not come back

Me and my wife came to the San Antonio area looking for a house prior to a move there this summer. We were looking for a place that we could stay that was on the cheap but not too shabby. There were some bad reviews on this hotel but they were awhile ago. It was easy to see that those problems on earlier postings were corrected. This was a nice hotel for the price. Plenty of parking and was pretty quiet at night. Took about 5 minutes to get to the Loop which made getting around the area easy. Took 10 minutes to get to Rudolph AFB. Breakfast was ok....Juice, coffee, a waffle machine, some fruit, cereal....not bad for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel...especially if you are staying for a while on a budget. Rooms were cleaned adequately. Actually, I dont think I have anything bad to say regarding my stay.

cheap and convenient. But staff can't read and don't know how to not disturb someone who works at night and has to sleep during the day.

I like this place. I have stayed here many times with my children. Good place to stay over if you don't mind a short drive to 6 flags, caverns or see the Alamo or Riverwalk. Surrounding area is still growing. Nice restaurants and movie theater close by. Hope this is helpful

Good. It's located close to the highway. The price was pretty high due to a spring break.
