The hotel was not bad need a little work in the bathroom other wise it was a good stay I had fun in San Antonio really like this City.

The rooms need maintained better. The bathroom door is so warped that it didnt want to close and paint is coming off. The door hinges are rusty. The seal to the refrigerator is coming off the door & the light is out in the fridge. The stove shows its on but it's not. And it was obvious someone lived there with a pet. All you could smell was animal and a touch of urine.

staff was very nice but room smelled like somebody smoked before me. wi-fi didn't work. Bathroom door does not close properly. Not enough amenities (soap or shampoo). very disappointed.

The room we got was filthy!!! We were given a bag of sheets to make our own beds and we had no towels to use after we showered! We asked to get moved but they have a lot of people living there drinking and smoking. The next room we got smelled and had a leaky roof, the kitchen counter tops were full of water that was coming out of the walls!! We didn’t feel safe and decided to get a room elsewhere!!! Do not recommend this place at all!!!

They canceled the arrangements after we had arrived . We were a few hours late for check in becauseof flight delays.

Needs to be remodeled. I didn't even have the basic necessities, no trash can, no blow dryer, no kleenex. There was also a used washcloth in my shower covered in hair so it's a safe assumption to say the room isn't cleaned that well.

My husband and i had the worst experience ever and im not sure we'll use a motel 6 or a studio 6 in the near future.... Or ever again for that matter....

Roaches in the room and towels seemed to be folded and put back but not replaced. The fact that their were roaches really disgusted me...

The room was clean and comfortable, and the water was nice and hot. The air was perfect. The pool and the pool area was well maintained and the staff gave exceptional customer service.

To start we got locked out the room and our dog was inside. The office closes at 8pm. Sign on door said to pick up phone and call for night staff after about 30 min the girl that works front desk came down but had an attitude because she was off the clock and had to come help us. Another thing was they closed the pool early one day because kids were screaming and instead of calling the parents they locked it. Then they were rushing us out when we checked out. Now I can say our toilet messed up and the guy switched us to another room that night. But it was a horrible stay hands down.

The staff was wonderful but the place itself was awful. Our 1st room was dirty, drawer fell apart when we opened dresser ( both side rails literally came off), there were greasy hand prints on cabinet doors, sitcky substances on the floor, room was non smoking yet smelled of smoke. We found a cigarette butt in the window sill. We were moved rooms. This room had roaches & spiders but didn't smell of smoke. It was 2 rooms instead of the studio but the toilet was filthy as you can see in the photo, the bathroom door frame had a large crack. We heard something scurry behind our headboard. Needless to say we didn't sleep well. At 3:30am we packed up & after telling them we wanted to move hotels left our keys in the night drop box. I was surprised we were charged for the night considering the awful condition of this place. I would give this place 0 stars if it wasn't for the wonderful staff who did all they could to help.

It was dirty, corners had dirt piles up , kitchen was dirty, bet smelled, left to another hotel

I didn't realize it was a studio, the room was much bigger than I expected. Only let down was there was not a hair dryer in the room.

Room smeled the mold upon arrival...found black mold behind the bathroom door. No dish towels for the kitchenette, no hot plate, no wash clothes. Called for pillow cases, promised them but they never came along with extra pillows. Had the feeling just a unsafe area.

Staff was wonderful. Very friendly and answered any questions i had. It was a wonderful stay.
