The rooms were furnished very sterile. There was no cozy feel to the room and it was partially clean. The bedding didn't seem clean and the towels in the bathroom were a little grunge looking. The price was ok but it's not worth the experience.

The room was not clean, the sheets were dirty and the floors were dirty. Housekeeping never cleaned our room. In fact housekeeping was on our floor when we left to breakfast and we asked for towels. Needless to say we didn't get our room clean of course we weren't going to get towels. So we didn't. They stated that they have coffee 24 hours a day because they don't serve breakfast but when I went to go get coffee the staff said they were to busy.

The location and price can't be beat. Its close to the Alamo, RiverWalk and all major Downtown attrations plus it was quiet and clean.

Roach in room. Rusty metal door frames. Sink clogged. Noisy hallway. Be aware they charge $15/day for parking (not included in room rate).

Booked my stay here trough the website for a weekend getaway , worst idea. Everything was going well until we headed back to the room and started getting ready , heard a knock on the door . to open and see that it was one of the security telling us that he had a complain from next door saying we were banging on walls (to which this was not true) yet i lowered my music because i thought maybe that was the problem. we left the place around 10pm and came back around 4 am to notice that our keys weren't working! We went downstairs to see what was going on , to find out we had been kicked out of the hotel, Reason being the same person who had complained at first said we were AGAIN banging and kicking on walls, yet when this happened we were no longer in the room or hotel. One of the security guys confirmed this , because when the person called to complain again he was sent to our room and he noticed there was no one in there. I just think this was so unfair . to listen to someone that clearly was lying. Just because you see a couple in their late 20's does not mean we are "destructive". I rate this hotel a 1 star just because room was in good condition but the front desk staff were very unfair and didn't really seem to care and help.

pleasant no fancy trappings put nice. all staff was very helpful

Room smelled like urine. Pool dirty. I think I saw a dead tick in the corner of the bathroom. Animal poop on the pool towels. That being said we did not complain to the manager because we are not that kind of people. We just won't give them our business again. I thought I should warn others too though. It is very close to downtown though which is good. The front desk staff was super nice. The parking seemed really secure although you can get cheaper not secure parking in a lot next door for $5/ day. February in texas can be swimming weather so it's probably a good idea to keep pool clean. Also right next to i37- we didn't care about the white noise of cars but be warned if you are a light sleeper.

We were extremely disappointed to have to pay $15 per day to park our car at the hotel! If you walk two blocks away from the hotel away from the center city side, you will find many homeless people sleeping in the streets. Our bathroom was not very clean. There was dried urine around the base of the toilet and remained there the entire 5 days of our stay even though they 'cleaned' the room daily. Additionally, one pillow on the bed had blood stains on it and should have been removed immediately rather than leave on the bed. They only offer coffee as their continental breakfast, so come prepared to seek out local eateries.

There was no free parking as advertised. There were homeless people living under the bridge next door. Aged and outdated.

It's nice enough if you're a normal human. Staff are perfectly helpful. It's clean. I had a little bit of trouble figuring out how to make the shower work, but I got it. Good price, conveniently located, I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent staff and security. Mike and John were a pleasure. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The check in was a little slow but the staff very friendly. The room was clean but with a bad smell. The location is really good but on the edge of a little "shade " area. We thought the parking garage was a plus.

So as my title suggests my stay here didn't start off well. I checked in and the room they gave me was really dingy. I set my luggage down and a cockroach crawls out from underneath the bed. The room didn't have curtains, which was a problem since it overlooked the pool on the first floor, and (despite it being a non-smoking room) it absolutely REEKED of cigarette smoke. Needless to say, I went back to the front desk to address these problems and the attendant (I believe his name was Randy) was swamped with check ins. I told Randy my situation and he told me to come back at 2am and he'll get me another room. Granted this wasn't something I wanted to hear after flying in from Los Angeles, but he was busy and I understood being busy so I acquiesced and spent a few hours a Whataburger downtown (which was surprisingly a very short walk away). I come back a few hours later and Randy has my room ready. It wasn't a king size bed like I had requested, but the premium room with the 2 queens was good enough for me. As for the room? It's a standard hotel room. The box with the water, juice, granola bars and popcorn was a nice touch for the premium room and it was comfortable. Is it the Four Seasons? Absolutely not, but you're not paying for the Four Seasons either. High marks go to the front desk attendant (I really hope his name is Randy). The room is nothing special, although I did get a comfortable, clean room in the end. All in all, a pretty positive experience.

Overall it was nice and would completely recommend it. I liked that in order to get into the hotel you need your key for everything. Staff were very friendly and mannerly. Room was clean and when I asked for an ironing board they were quick to get it to me.

The people at this hotel were courtiousand friendly. The room was bug infested and dirty.

The rooms was OK. The facilities was disappointing(Dirty and run down). I would not recommend this hotel.

Comparing it to other Red Roof's, here I had to pay extra to park. I found out that this is the norm for San Antonio, TX. No Continental Breakfast. The staff is great. Problem in printing out the boarding passes. I assume that the printer could not print PDF's, only text.

Close enough to walk to the river walk and save on parking fees if you are capable. Clean and comfortable room

I love staying here. Jesse is always very helpful and kind, the rooms are comfy and clean and mainly because it's near venue I often see Rock shows at,within walking distance which I love. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if I see a show nearby.

Great location! Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Nice little pool. I would stay here again for sure!
