Old sheets and pillows with stains. Dirty Bathtub, only one humid towel hanging on the bath door, smelly. No soap & shampoo. There was a used woman's sanitary towel right outside room door.

The room was dirty and infested with bugs and there was a man walking past all the doors checking if they were locked. Creepy. We did not even stay. I got a room at a better place.

It was a wonderful experience I would definitely recommend it.

This should be an option only if all other motels are booked.

I onow its an older building but dang . Moldy cat pee smell. People seem to being living there . Glaring at you as you come and go.

Literally someone else's VOMIT. Not clean. Stinky, lumpy stained beds. Suspicious people rooming a poorly lite parking area pool looked brown and cloudy. It was gross. We took a lose of one night and went to a classy hotel. Dont stay there!

It was pretty gross. The bed smelled of pee, there was a cockroach and the floor was gross! There was weird people smoking joints by my room. It made me not feel very safe. I just wanted a nice weekend to see my soldier and this hotel was awful.

Twice I had to go to the desk for towels- none in room. Breakfast bar filthy. Roach in room.

Room weren't clean at all no towels we had to get up at ten pm to go buy towels because they ran out how does that happen that locked us out of are room and made it feel like it was a real inconvenience to make us new keys

It's an old hotel in an old part of town. The staff are pleasant and do what they can but there is only so much they can do with this hotel. Everything in the room worked, but not as it should, and it is obvious they had to scrimp on the quality and quantity of the furnishings, linens and supplies. The free breakfast was waffles and coffee and that was it. It was worth the discounted price I paid for it, but not the full price they ask.. If you want a cheap room for a night and can get it at a discount, and can put up with the drawbacks, then go here. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Avoid!!! Filthy room. Roaches crawling everywhere including the bed, headbord, and nightstand. The towels are so old, and you barely get any. The lobby stinks. Filled trash bags thrown all over the exterior of the property with some ripped open and loose trash everywhere. The room wasn't even clean. The carpet is nasty. Nothing was wiped down. The nightstand had a coat of dust and dirt. The little ledge from the tile in the bathroom had dirt and roach droppings all over it. Nasty water stain on ceiling; it looked like it would collapse at any moment. I actually had two rooms. The first room she tried to give me had moldy, rotten steak meat in the mini fridge. The second room is as I described above.

Lobby smelled horribly. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke, like walking in a lounge with no ventilation. Asked to switch rooms and the front desk person said for $20 cash he would switch the room. Room was so disgusting that we left. Not refunded or anything. Would rather eat the $50 then stay here. Immediately left and booked another hotel and took a shower.

Older property. Neighborhood seemed rough. Room was not clean. Slept in my street clothes. Wifi was not working and they did try to fix it but apparently this is an ongoing problem so they didn't seem to bothered when I called to let them know it was still not working. Only stayed here because I was to upset and it was last minute.

There were no towels in the room and the wifi did not work. Cinthia the desk clerk was very helpful. The owners of the Inn need to make repairs and upgrades the old fixtures in the rooms. A clean and neat facility will get better reviews.

Rooms dirty it's on a bad area in San Antonio breakfast worst !!! Restroom so dirty everything was horrible about dat place

The rooms fit the price. The staff was fine. The carpet, table, and chair were dirty.

Lots of homeless people walking the grounds. Room was not ready, no towels, soap, complementary emeneties that usually come with a room. Very disappointing it was a Red Roof Inn and even more upset Orbitz would recommend this dump on their site.

Got eaten alive by several bed bugs in my 3 night stay. I choose this hotel cause of the low price. It looked somewhat clean. Pubic hairs in the shower, rude staff, the black staff was super rude the Hispanic staff was very nice, never again. Get your benadryl bed bug city. Also we had a big snail on our wall in our room.
