This home was ideal for our annual family gathering, with four adult couples coming from across the country. It is spacious, both indoors and out, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub by the pool. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of seating and a couple of large umbrellas. The neighborhood is private, peaceful, and the view is rural and lovely with lots of trees.The home is well equipped with games, a pool table, a poker table, and large TVs. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bedrooms are spread out for privacy. The beds were comfortable, and the primary bathroom is especially spacious. There are several areas for sitting and dining, plus a large grill. Everything matched the listing.The host was very responsive to questions and small requests. There are plenty of nearby grocery stores and several casual, moderately priced restaurants, especially Mexican and barbecue options. For more upscale dining, downtown and the RiverWalk are about a 30- to 40-minute drive away.We had a wonderful week-long family stay. Although the weather was a little variable, we enjoyed visiting local museums on the cooler or rainy days. If you need up to six bedrooms and a nice pool for a family gathering, this home is a unique option.
